【摘要】 在中国的报刊传播媒介中,还活跃着一支企业报刊群体。这些报刊在企业文化建设过程中,作为企业文化建设的一部分和载体,对企业文化的建构、整合和发展起了相当重要的作用。本论文主要对企业报刊和企业文化建设的关系作了较为深入的探讨。论文在论述了企业报刊的发展情况、所起的作用及现代企业报刊发展模式的基础上,分别就企业报刊的地域文化特点、角色与任务、历史和文化责任、报刊定位等作了具体的分析与阐释。本论文还涉及了企业报刊的局限及在发展过程中遇到的种种困难和问题,致力于从企业所办报纸的特点、规律上研究和解释一些问题,为企业报的发展方向提供有益的资料和依据。

【Abstract】 There is a flourishing group of enterprise press among various media of newspapers and periodicals in China. Being a part of enterprise culture and its disseminator, the enterprise press plays a very important role in the establishment, synthesis and development of enterprise culture during the course of formation of enterprise culture. This thesis probes deeply into the relationship between enterprise press and enterprise culture. On the base of dissertating the developing situation of enterprise press and its effect, and also the developing pattern of modern enterprise press, the thesis makes a concrete analysis and expatiation on the regionally culture characteristic of enterprise press, its role and mission, its history and culture responsibility, and also its orientation. The thesis also refers to the limitation of enterprise press and the multitudinous difficulties and problems that it encounters during the course of its development, studies and explains some issues in the aspects of the characteristic and principle of enterprise press, thus provides helpful information and gist for the developing orientation of enterprise press.
