【摘要】 电视新闻节目要赢得观众的喜爱，一方面依靠节目的内在品质，即新闻的内容；另一方面则依赖于节目的外在形式，即电视新闻节目的编排、包装、主持人的播报风格等。在目前新闻内容同质化严重的情况下，节目的外在形式显得尤为重要。本文论述的就是电视新闻节目外在形式中非常重要的一项——节目编排。 本文分析了电视新闻节目编排应遵循的四大原则(体现节目定位、突出新闻重点、优化新闻资源配置和营造编排节奏)，简单介绍了中国电视新闻节目编排的发展历程，以及经过几十年的发展所形成的相对固定的编排模式。笔者将这种相对固定的编排模式称为传统编排模式。传统编排模式具有简单扼要、操作方便的优势，但同时存在不少弊端，如难以充分调动观众的收视兴趣、容易导致一些新闻价值较大的新闻得不到重视甚至被埋没等。在对国内电视新闻节目编排的现状进行评析后，本文举例并分析了一些新的编排模式。此外，本文还介绍了香港电视新闻节目的编排手法，希望从对比中给读者一些启发。最后，本文较为详细地分析了如何合理运用编排技巧提高电视新闻节目的传播效果。 在以往研究成果的基础上，本文较详尽地分析了电视新闻节目为何要营造编排节奏及如何营造编排节奏的问题，这可视为本文的创新之处。本文还运用了大量的例子，这些例子充分论证了文章中的各个观点，使抽象的理论变得更直观，更便于读者理解文章的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 For TV news program, the way of arrangement is a way of expression. If TV news programs want to be successful or if TV news programs want to attract more and more viewers’ eyes, they must be based on 1) the content of news and 2) the form of news broadcasting (the way of arrangement). Especially, the latter one is becoming more and more important because the news content is always the same. The main topic ofthis article is just one of the vital forms of news broadcasting-newsarrangement.This article analyzes the four principles, including program standard, news focus, operation cooperation and arrangement rhythm, which must be taken seriously for consideration when the news programs are being arranged. The developing history of China’s TV news program arrangement is also introduced in this article. With decades of development, the way of arrangement of China’s TV news program has come into a relatively fixed pattern, the so called traditional pattern. The traditional pattern has both its advantages and disadvantages, which are discussed in this article. The traditional pattern is easy and convenient to operate news program in this way. But it is very hard to active the viewers’ watching interests. Sometimes it can ignore or even totally deny the value of some news. Therefore, this article discusses some newly coming TV news arrangement forms and takes HK news program arrangement forms as references. The purpose is to present some inspiration for people by having a comparison. Meanwhile, the author describes how to improve the effect of communication by adopting arranging skills.Compared with other articles which are also involved in TV news program arrangement, this article introduces creatively, from the point ofview of the author, the best way of news program arrangement and how to achieve it, that is to say, to provide the rhythm which goes through the program, attracting the audience’s interest of watching as much as possible and getting the best communicating effect and watching ratings by developing the wave crest-wave trough-wave crest rising and down rhythm. In addition, this article presents plenty of examples to illustrate and explain the points of view thoroughly, which makes it easily understood.更多还原
