某些环境污染物质的分子发光分析研究及应用

【摘要】 随着经济的飞速发展,环境污染现象日趋严重,已成为当今人类面临的重大全球性问题之一。建立快速准确的环境分析检测方法,对于保护人类的健康,保障经济的可持续性发展具有重要意义。分子发光分析法作为一种灵敏、快速、简便的分析方法,在环境分析上的具有其独特的优势。本文利用分子发光光谱对环境中的甲醛、甲基睾酮激素、克百威农药等污染物质进行了研究。全文共分四章:第一章为研究概况,分别对荧光和化学发光分析法的原理、特点及类型进行了简要的介绍,以及对近年来荧光和化学发光分析法在环境分析中的应用进行了较全面的概述,并简要介绍了本文的研究要点。 第二章利用甲醛在中性或弱酸性条件下对亚硫酸盐-邻苯二甲醛-铵盐体系的抑制作用,建立了静态抑制荧光和流动注射抑制荧光法测定微量甲醛的新方法。两法的线性范围分别为0.10-1.60μg/mL和0.10-2.00μg/mL,检测限分别达0.046μg/ mL和0.085μg/mL;用于河水中甲醛测定,与乙酰丙酮分光光度法(GB13197-91)比较,相对误差分别为-0.83%和-1.25%。第三章利用甲基睾酮激素对高锰酸钾氧化硫代硫酸钠发光反应具有增强作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定甲基睾酮的新方法。考察了各种影响因素,确立了反应的最佳条件。方法的线性范围为1.0×10-8-8.0×10-6g/mL,检测限达为0.89×10-8 g/mL,对鱼塘中水的加标回收实验,结果令人满意。对可能的发光机理进行了初步的探讨。第四章研究了克百威对Ce(IV)氧化亚硫酸钠化学发光反应增强的现象,结合流动注射技术,建立了Ce(IV)-Na2SO3-克百威化学发光体系测定克百威的新方法。克百威浓度在3.0×10-8-1.0×10-5g/mL范围内与发光强度成线性关系,检测限达为2.84×10-8g/mL,用于河水样品的测定,结果令人满意。对可能的发光机理进行了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy, the problem of environment pollutions become more and more serious, has been one of the great global problems that people are facing to. It is with important meaning to set up double-quick and exact determination methods for protecting people health and ensuring economy continuable development. Be a kind of sensitive、quick and exact analysis method, Molecule Luminescence analysis method have its special advantage in the environmental analysis. This thesis makes research on environment pollutions such as formaldehyde、methyltestosterone and carbofuran using Molecule Luminescence analysis method. This thesis consists of the following four chapters: Chapter one is research summary, introduce briefly the principle、characteristic and sorts of fluorescence and chemiluminescence analysis methods respectively. Summarize roundly relatively application research of fluorescence and chemiluminescence analysis methods in the environmental analysis these days. At the same time, introduce briefly the research outline of this thesis. Chapter two, bases on in neutral or weakly acid solution, formaldehyde has inhibitory effect on the fluorescence system of sulfite-o-phthalaldehyde-ammonium, set up the direct fluorophotometric and flow-injection fluorophotometric methods for the determination of trace formaldehyde. Formaldehyde in the concentration rang 0.10-1.60μg/ml and 0.10-2.00μg/ml can be determined with a limit of detection 0.046μg/ml and 0.085μg/ml in these two methods respectively. The methods were applied respectively to the analysis of river water, compare to the method of acetylacetone spectrophotometry, the relative error is -0.83% and -1.25% respectively. Chapter there, Base on in the medium of sulfate acid, methyltestosterone can sensitize the chemiluminescence system of potassium permanganate-sodium thiosulfate, couple with the flow-injection technique, set up a new chemiluminescence method to determine methyltestosterone. Under the best condition, methyltestosterone in the concentration rang 1.0×10-8—8.0×10-6g/mL can be determined with a limit of detection 0.89×10-8g/mL. The method was applied to recovery experiment of water from rearing pond with satisfactory result. A possible mechanism of CL enhancement by MT on the CL <WP=5>system of potassium permanganate-sodium thiosulfate was discussed. Chapter four, make research on the phenomenon of carbofuran sensitize the effect of Ce(IV) oxidate sodium sulfite reaction, established a new flow-injection chemilum- inescence method to determine carbofuran .Under the optimum condition, carbofuran in the concentration rang3.0×10-8—1.0×10-5g/mL have good linear relation with a limit of detection 2.84×10-8g/mL. The method was applied to the analysis of river water with satisfactory result. A possible mechanism of CL was discussed.
