【摘要】 要解决“三农”问题，必须大力发展农产品加工企业，面对国内外市场竞争，加工企业必须要有自己独特的竞争优势即核心竞争力，才能立于不败之地。相对于一般工业企业，农产品加工企业有其特殊的一面。首先，农业生产的季节性、分散性影响了农产品加工企业的原材料供应的稳定性；其次，由于农产品的鲜活易腐性，对其加工、储藏、运输、销售的技术及方式都提出更高的要求；最后，农产品大都涉及人们的衣食住行，所以其安全问题尤为重要，对其品质要求更高。本文从以上几个方面入手，结合我国实际，将企业核心竞争力理论与我国的农产品加工企业相结合，提出农产品加工企业核心竞争力理论。系统分析了农产品加工企业核心竞争力的内部培育途径和外部保障措施，并进一步提出通过实施供应链管理来保持农产品加工企业的核心竞争力，实现可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve problems of agriculture village and farmer,We must develop strongly the agriproduct processing enterprise, facing the domestic and international market compete, agriproduct processing enterprise must have the special competitive advantage in itself,namely core competence,then it is fit for market compete well.Compared to common industrial enterprise, an agricultural product processing enterprise has its special aspects:First, seasonality and dispersion in agriculture produce that affects the stability of the raw material supply of the agriproduct processing enterprise；Second, because of its fresh character and easiness to be decayed,We would request to higher technique and methods in processing, storeing, transportation,and sales of the product；Finally, products involve mostly people all the aspects in daily life, so its safety is particularly important, We must request higher quality. This paper commences from above several aspects, combined the actual conditions in our country and core competence theories with our agriproduct processing enterprise, puts forward the agriproduct processing enterprise core competence theories. It analyzes systematically the inner growing paths and the exterior guarantee measures about core competence of the agriproduct processing enterprise,and further puts forward the supply chain management that keep the agricultural product processing enterprise core competence and realize the sustainable development.更多还原
