GIS&RS技术在灌区水资源管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 GIS(地理信息系统)、RS(遥感)技术作为发展“数字地球”的两大高新技术,以其强有力的空间信息分析、管理、存储、模拟、数据更新、决策和预测能力而日益广泛地应用于社会的众多领域。新世纪水利信息化的发展也迫切需要GIS、RS、GPS等3S技术和计算机技术的强大支持,特别是在干旱、半干旱的地区,将现代信息技术广泛应用于水土资源的开发、管理是一项重要而又迫切的任务。本项研究是以新疆阿克苏地区阿瓦提县丰收灌区为例,以基础调查数据、地形图、TM和ASTER遥感数据为数据源,建立水资源信息系统,主要进行了GIS与RS技术研究与应用,并结合水资源管理的模式开发了部分相关功能模块。论文主要是利用Powerbuilder与Mapinfo的集成将丰收灌区中的耕地、林地、水域、草地、荒地、已开耕荒地等遥感矢量数据和丰收灌区内的乡镇区划、渠系网络、水闸、地下水位埋深图等GIS矢量数据嵌入所编制的客户程序中,实现遥感矢量数据和GIS矢量数据在阿瓦提丰收灌区水资源管理中的应用,实现了水资源调查数据的图文一体化管理,并具备MapInfo的部分空间分析和图形编辑功能。系统在地理信息系统(GIS)和遥感(RS)图像处理技术的基础上,实现遥感数据作为主要的信息源在地理信息系统平台上的集成应用。

【Abstract】 GIS(Geographical Information System) and RS(Remote Sensing), two new and high technology in developped the “Digital Earth”,are increasingly applied to many social fields by their powerful abilities of spatial information analysis, management,storage, analog, data refreshment,decision and forecast.The development of the new century hydraulic information also urgently needs the strong support ofGIS,RS,GPS(3S)and computer technology, specifically,in drought and semi-drought areas,it is an important and urgent task that morden information technology are widely used in development and management of land and water resources.The study takes FengShou irrigation area in Awati County of Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang as the application example and takes basic survey data, terrain map, TM and ASTER remote sense data as data source,establishing water resources information system ,mainly carrying out the application and study of the GIS & RS technology and developping some related function modules based on the pattern of water resources management .The thesis, by the integration of Powerbuilder and Mapinfo, mainly inserts remote sense vector data of crop land,woodland,waters,grassland,barren land,barren land cultivated in FengShou irrigation area and GIS vector data of village and town district division,trench system network,water gate, depth to groundwater table in FengShou irrigation area into client programs programed, realizing the application of remote sense vector data and GIS vector data in water resoures management of FengShou irrigation area in Awati County, realizing the integrated management of the texts and maps of the water resources survey data, and some spatial analysis and map edit functions of MapInfo as well. The system, which bases on Geographical Information System(GIS) and Remote Sensing(RS) image processing technology, realizes the integrated application of remote sense data as main information source on the Geographical Information System(GIS) plat.
