高粘度聚合物反应器的设计研究

【摘要】 本文在查阅大量文献的基础上,研究了当前国内外减阻剂的使用现状及发展趋势,并结合新疆实际,以小试为基础,设计开发了生产高分子聚合物管输油品减阻剂的中间试验用反应器Ⅰ和反应器Ⅱ。该反应器较好的解决了本体聚合反应中的传热,高粘性物料的出料和固体产物的出料等问题。并且通过试验探索,反应器Ⅱ经过两次改进使操作工艺更加简单易行,而且降低了成本。在一年的中间试验中,反应器性能稳定。对产品进行跟踪检测,其减阻率已接近美国样品的水平。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the study has been made to research the domestic and international usage of drag reduction agent at present and development trend on the basis of lots of the literature checked.And combining the actuality of Xinjiang with small experiments for foundation,the design and development of reactorⅠand reactorⅡ has been made to produce the polymer drag reduction agents in the middle of the experiments.That reactor resolved the problem of transfering heat、taking out highly viscous material and solid outcome in bulk polymerization.And the reactor Ⅱ made the operational craft more simple and easy through two improvement and lowered the cost.In a year,the function of reactor stabilized.To follow the examination for the products, its drag reducing efficiency came to the level of sample of the United States.
