串联谐振式DBD型臭氧发生器电源的研究与开发

【摘要】 论文主要研究与开发大功率串联谐振式DBD型臭氧发生器的供电电源。基于DBD型臭氧发生器的工作原理和串联谐振式逆变电路的工作原理,对DBD型臭氧发生器的等效电路、动态电气特性、供电电源的拓扑结构、控制策略与实现等关键技术问题进行了深入的研究。利用本文研究的理论成果成功开发出了产量为2kg/h的DBD型臭氧发生装置电源系统。系统的实际运行结果证明了论文理论研究和实际设计的正确性与实用价值。论文的主要工作包括如下5个方面: 1.大功率DBD型臭氧发生器电源用逆变电路拓扑结构研究。对DBD型臭氧发生器电源中两种常用的负载谐振式逆变拓扑进行了对比分析,选择串联谐振式逆变电路作为大功率DBD型臭氧发生器电源的逆变拓扑; 2.DBD型臭氧发生器负载特性研究。对正弦波电流供电的介质阻挡放电电路的工作原理进行了详细分析,基于放电间隙电压的傅立叶级数展开,首次提出了正弦波电流供电的介质阻挡放电电路的基波等效电路,用基波等效电路研究与讨论了DBD型臭氧发生器的动态电气特性,得到了DBD型臭氧发生器电气参数的最佳匹配范围,为设计性能优良的介质阻挡放电型臭氧发生器电源提供了很好的理论参考依据; 3.DBD型臭氧发生器电源控制策略的研究。对串联谐振式逆变器输出功率控制技术进行了综述、分析和归纳,选择频率跟踪移相PWM控制作为DBD型臭氧发生器电源输出功率控制方式,对该控制方式下逆变器的运行模式进行了详细的分析,得出了容性模式更适合于DBD型臭氧发生器用串联谐振式逆变器这一结论。研究了在该控制方式下逆变器的调功特性和零电流开关条件,给出了最大有效移相角的数学表达式,提出与研究了基准臂开关管触发脉冲与负载电流同相的DBD型臭氧发生器电源电路拓扑及其关键技术,实现了IGBT的ZCS; 4.频率跟踪移相PWM控制实现方案的研究。在总结现有频率跟踪移相PWM控制电路的基础上,提出了一种新型的基于集成锁相环CD4046的频率跟踪移相PWM控制电路,并利用CD4046的特性解决了电路的延时和电源的起动问题; 5.电源主电路和驱动电路的设计与实现。论文提出了一种基于集成驱动模块2SD315A的DBD型臭氧发生器电源新型驱动电路。应用上述理论研究成果开发了40kw/1kHz、产量为2kg/h的臭氧发生装置电源系统,给出了详细的设计过程与实验波形,验证了电路设计的正确性和可行性。

【Abstract】 This paper is mainly concerned to research and develop high power series resonant inverter power supply for DBD ozone generator. Some key technologies of the power supply, for example the equivalent circuit, dynamical electrical characteristics, the topologies of the power supply, control strategy and its reality, are deeply researched on the basis of the operation principle of DBD ozone generator and series resonant inverter. Using the theory achievement in research of this paper a power supply for the ozone generator with the output of 2kg/h is developed successfully. The correction and the practical value of the theory is verified by the practical operation of the power supply. The main content of the thesis is summed up as follows:1. Research on inverter topologies of inverter power supply for high power DBD ozone generator. Two kinds of load resonant inverter topologies commonly used in inverter power supply for DBD ozone generator are compared in this paper, and the series resonant inverter is selected as the inverter topologies of the power supply.2. Research on load characteristics of DBD ozone generator. The operation principle of the DBD ozone generator powered by sinusoidal wave current source is analyzed in detail, and its fundamental wave equivalent circuit is presented at first time on the basis of the Fourier forms of the voltage dropped on the discharge gap. The dynamic electrical characteristics of the DBD ozone generator are researched and analyzed on the basis of this equivalent circuit, and the match range for the electrical parameters of the ozone generator is induced, witch will be benefit to the design of the power supply for DBD ozone generator.3. Research on the control strategy. After describing, analyzing and summing up of the control strategy for series resonant inverter, the frequency tracking phase shift PWM control is selected as the control strategy for the power supply of DBD ozone generator. The operation modes of the inverter with this control strategy are also analyzed, and a conclusion that the capacitive mode is suitable for the series resonant inerter used in the DBD ozone generator is arrived at. The characteristics and the ZCS condition of this control strategy are researched, and the maximum phase shift angle and a ZCS inverter prototype in witch the trigger pulses of power semiconductors in stationary arm is in phase with load current are proposed.4. Research on the reality of frequency tracking phase shift control strategy. A noveltype of frequency tracking phase shift control circuit based on CD4046 is proposed on the basis of summarizing the existing control circuit. The delay time problem of the circuit and the problem of starting of power supply are solved by using CD4046.5. Research on design and reality of the power supply. A drive circuit based on 2SD315 used in the series resonant inverter power supply for DBD ozone generator is proposed. A 40kw/lkHz prototype for the ozone generator with the output of 2kg/h is developed successfully on the basis of the theory achievement in research of this paper. The procedure of the design is introduced in this paper, and some experimental results are also given to verify the correction and feasibility of the theory.
