城市生活垃圾堆肥生产过程控制技术理论与方法研究

【摘要】 过程控制在解决堆肥反应问题中扮演着重要的角色。本论文试图从堆肥过程动力学模型、堆肥生产过程自动监控系统的设计、人工智能控制系统在堆肥生产过程中的应用三个方面展开,对城市生活垃圾堆肥生产过程控制技术理论与方法进行初步的研究和探讨。 堆肥过程动力学模型的研究能对过程机理有较深了解,从而优化过程控制水平,提高生活垃圾堆肥速率。本文在前人对堆肥过程模型研究的基础上,结合实验,以反应过程中涉及的关键控制因子温度、含水率、氧气含量作为研究对象进行模型描述,为后续的最优控制预测和计算机模拟提供基础。 通过对上海某区生活垃圾综合处理厂垃圾处理工艺流程的探讨和分析,尝试提出了一套堆肥生产过程自动监控系统,该系统能实现对堆肥中关键控制因子氧气、温度、含水率的实时监控,能有效地提高处理效率,缩减堆肥周期,提高堆肥产品的质量。 与传统的过程控制理论不同,人工智能控制理论作为一种新兴的过程控制理论其优越性和解决问题的能力是其它所不能比拟的。尽管人工智能控制理论已成功的应用到一些工业过程领域中,但在堆肥生产过程中还从未应用过。本文仅限于对人工智能控制系统做了简要的介绍,针对其在堆肥生产中的应用提出了一些初步构想。 对于城市生活垃圾堆肥生产过程控制技术理论与方法的系统研究在国内外都还是初步发展阶段,具有挑战性。本文所做的还只是尝试性的研究探讨工作,要想继续深入下去还有许多相关工作要做。

【Abstract】 Process control plays a very important role in solving composting problems. In this paper, according to three sides, which are composting kinetic, the design of composting process control system and artificial intelligence application on composting process control, some fundamental research on process control theories and methods in the municipal solid waste composting production.Study on composting kinetic is helpful for deepening comprehension on composting mechanism , optimizing process controlling level and improving composting rate. Based on predecessors’ study on composting kinetic model, this paper discussed many key controlling factors in composting process, the parameters include temperature, moisture content, and oxygen concentration. The model will be helpful to subsequent optimizing control prediction and computer simulation.Regarding a municipal solid waste treatment factory in shanghai as the example, the paper introduces the design of municipal solid waste composting process control system. The auto-control system implement the real-time monitoring to oxygen concentration, temperature, moisture ratio, which are key controlling factors in composting process, shorten the composting cycle and improve composting quality.Artificial intelligence, a new process control theory, is different from traditional process control theories. Although some successful artificial intelligence applications have been acquired in some industrial fields, it has never been applied to composting process. This paper simple introduces the artificial intelligence control system, and a assumption was presented aiming at the application of compost production.The systemic research on process control theories and methods in the municipal solid waste composting production is initial development phase at home and abroad. It is a challenging research field. The work made in this paper is a exploring research. There are lots of relative work will be expanded for more subsequent research.
