二灰碎石基层沥青路面的应用研究

【摘要】 本文以“粉煤灰在城市道路工程中应用研究”课题为背景,在结合国内外对二灰混合料基层性能研究的基础上,针对岳阳市城市道路工程应用粉煤灰的实际情况,对二灰碎石基层混合料进行了大量的研究。 从原材料性能及选用要求、碎石集料的级配、混合料组成比例、强度形成机理及外掺剂对强度的影响等方面对二灰碎石混合料基层的力学性能和道路使用性能进行了全面的研究,对单粒级集料和连续级配集料二灰碎石混合料的性能进行了对比,提出了嵌挤骨架密实结构的混合料组成结构的级配设计方法。 对二灰与碎石集料作用的研究中发现,随着集料级配和混合料中各自比例的变化,二灰碎石混合料的强度发生变化。集料级配颗粒越细,二灰比例下降,其强度及抗裂、抗水浸和抗冲刷能力随之下降。 对二灰碎石加外掺剂的研究中,二灰碎石早期强度得到提高,当加入水泥后早期强度明显提高,而且强度随龄期增长。借助X射线衍射和电子显微镜扫描,对水泥掺入二灰碎石中组成的混合料进行晶体结构分析发现,强度的变化是由于晶体结构的不同所致。 对二灰碎石混合料基层的施工质量控制和检测进行了探讨,指出应从多方面加以质量控制:无损检测是公路工程质量检测的有效手段,介绍了利用探地雷达进行无损检测的方法:并对二灰碎石、水泥粉煤灰碎石和水泥碎石基层材料的经济性进行了分析比较,以二灰碎石价格最低。 通过对交通量和土基强度等级分类,结合半刚性基层材料的性能参数,考虑面层厚度主要与交通量相关,基层、底基层厚度主要与土基强度相关,拟定面层厚度和基层厚度,按多层弹性层状理论计算底基层的厚度,提出了针对岳阳城市道路的沥青路面典型结构;并对二灰碎石基层沥青路面的合理厚度进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Based on "The Application Research of Lime-fly-ash in Urbane Road Engineer Project", with a special view to its practice and with the studies home and abroad taken into account, this thesis is to deliver some conclusions after a lot of experiments on lime fly ash stabilized aggregate base course:This thesis has a general study of the mechanics property and pavement performance of the lime fly ash aggregate base courses in the view of the properties of the raw materials and the requirements for their application, the gradation and the ratio of aggregate, the mechanism for its strength, and the addictives influence on the strength. This thesis also compares the properties of the aggregates, single size or continuous gradation. Then the thesis proposes the design method of embedded skeleton density structure of lime fly ash stabilized aggregate mixtures.In the study of the interaction between the lime fly ash and aggregate, the thesis argues that the strength changes with the change of the aggregate gradation and the ratio of the materials, and the smaller the graded size and the ratio of lime-fly-ash to other materials are, the weaker the strength is, and this results in the weaker ability of anti-crushing, anti-water-erosion and anti-brushing.In the experiment where mixtures is added addictives, the thesis proposes that the strength of lime-fly-ash aggregate is improved at the early periods when it is added addictives. This is especially obvious when the addictive is cement, and the strength grows with the various curing periods. With the help of X-Ray Diffraction and Scanning Election Microscopy, the thesis also analyzes the influence of crystal structure of the cement lime fly ash aggregate on the mixture strength.The thesis also explores the construction quality control and test on lime fly ash aggregate base courses, and introduces the technology where Penetration Ground Radar helps undamaged survey. Also the thesis compares the ways for them economically, the cost of lime ash fly stabilized aggregate is lower.Finally, the thesis proposes a typical structure of asphalt pavement for Yueyang Urbane road after a general study of its traffic volume level and subgrade strength level with the properties of semi-rigid base materials being in consideration, regard the surface pavement depth related on traffic, the base course depth related on subgrade strength. On the other side, the thesis discuss the proper depth of pavement.
