低温送风系统的射流特性研究

【摘要】 低温送风气流组织是低温送风系统的主要研究课题之一,由于空气调节系统的气流组织仍然存在不少问题有待进一步深入研究,因此低温送风系统的气流组织就更为复杂,需要研究的课题更多。如何确定低温送风系统的射流分离距离?如何避免低温送风出现的吹冷风感,送风口凝露问题?如何选择低温送风空调系统的末端设备等等,都是有待解决的问题,本论文在以下三个方面对低温送风系统的射流特性进行了深入的研究。 (1) 对射流分离距离进行了详细的分析与深入的研究,总结了前人的研究成果,结合低温送风系统的特点,提出了低温送风系统的射流分离距离新的计算公式。这个公式经过实验和工程实例的验证,具有通用性,不但可以适用于低温送风系统,也可以应用到常规空调送风系统。 (2) 分析了射流分离距离对室内环境的影响,也分析了影响射流分离距离的因素,提出了一些可行性建议以避免低温送风系统可能产生的吹冷风感、以及凝露等问题。 (3) 通过对目前低温送风系统的末端设备进行的研究,提出了低温送风系统末端设备的选型方法与原则。并通过量纲分析,分析了在低温送风系统中使用常规送风口的可能性,得出了送风温差和送风口尺寸对阿基米德数影响的关系式。通过工程实例说明了低温送风系统送风口的选型方法。 本文的研究成果可用于低温送风空调系统的设计,对于工程应用也有一定的参考价值,并有助于低温送风系统的推广。

【Abstract】 There are many problems for designing air distribution in the cold air distribution system. These problems are hot subjects researched by the HVAC experts worldwide. How to determine the jet separation point in the cold air distribution system? How to avoid the troubles for designing the system? How to select the terminal equipment for the system? This paper is focusing on discussing and resolving those problems.(1) This paper analyzes and studies on the jet separation point, which are based on the former research findings and in the end brings forward a equation for calculation the distance of the jet separation. These equations are testified by the laboratory experiment and engineering application. Furthermore, these equations can be applied in cold air distribution system as well as traditional systems.(2) Analyzing the distance of jets separation affects the indoor environment, and analyzing the factors affected the distance of jets separation. The paper brought forward some advises for avoiding the draft and condensation in the cold air distribution.(3) This paper also refers to the terminal equipments selection in the cold air distribution system, and brings forward some principles for selecting those equipments. This paper analyzes the feasibility for cold air distribution systems when applying with traditional inlets by means of no-dimension. Step by step, the author comes to the conclusion how the supply air temperature difference and the size of outlets affect the Archimedes number. Moreover, the paper also illustrates how to select outlets in the cold air distribution system through engineering examples.The paper makes active contribution to engineering application of the cold air distribution systems. The use of cold air distribution system should be expanded due to its great energy saving potential and social benefits.
