深圳会展中心大体积混凝土施工技术研究

【摘要】 深圳会议展览中心(简称“深圳会展中心”)是一座具有国际标准的超大型展览建筑,占地面积22万平方米,总建筑面积25万平方米,计划投资28亿元人民币。建成后,她将成为深圳市新中心区的标志性建筑。 本文以深圳会展中心大体积混凝土基础工程为对象,对大体积混凝土结构温度应力、温度控制和防止裂缝措施进行了分析研究,在对大体积混凝土温度应力控制原理和计算方法以及大体积混凝土施工中的温度检测技术综合分析的基础上,结合国内外大体积混凝土施工经验,设计了深圳会展中心大体积混凝土基础工程施工组织及温度预控方案。 本文详细介绍了深圳会展中心大体积混凝土基础工程施工过程中所采取的技术、方法和措施,主要包括:深圳会展中心大体积混凝土基础工程施工的主要技术和方法,内容涉及原材料选择、配合比优化设计、大体积混凝土温度应力的理论计算、施工组织等;施工过程的温度监测技术、方法,根据实测数据来指导混凝土的养护,以及用实测数据进行温度应力验算。 混凝土水泥硬化在最初的3-5d内(确切地说在第3d),混凝土体内将达到最高温度,随后开始降温,计算预测值与实际情况均符合此规律。计算预测值与实际情况吻合得较好,说明了大体积混凝土裂缝控制的可行性。对于大体积混凝土基础或结构,通过科学地做好各项施工准备,精心地组织施工,严格控制施工程序,完全能够减少甚至避免结构出现裂缝。 上述施工技术在深圳会展中心的基础施工中取得了成功,解决了大体积混凝土施工中结构容易出现裂缝的难题,具有良好的技术经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC) is a super-large public building which meets international standard. It covers an area of 220,000 square meters and owns a floor area of 250,000 square meters, with a planned project investment about 2.8 billion yuans. SZCEC will become a landmark in Shenzhen Central District after completed.Based on researches of the mechanism and factors of causing cracks in a mass concrete foundation, its temperature stress is calculated, the method of preventing mass concrete from cracking is analyzed. This found the theoretical basis for the construction of the foundation. Several problems relating to monitoring and construction is discussed. Has designed SZCEC mass concrete foundation construction organization of general interest, and temperature control scheme in advance.Concrete cement is hardened in 3-5 initial days ( say definitely in the day of 3th) will reach highest temperature in, concrete body, begin soon afterwards cool down , calculate forecast value and actual condition accord with this rule. Calculate forecast value and actual condition coincide better, have explained the mass concrete crack control of general interest feasibility. A mass concrete foundation or structure for general interest, pass make every construction preparation scientifically, organize construction meticulously, strict control construction program, can decrease completely even avoid structural appearance crack.This article introduces in detail the construction technology of mass concrete about basement slab, and emphasizes the description of the choosing of raw materials, the optimization of the design of the mixture ratio, the computation of thermal stresses (before and after concrete casting), and the organization, supervision, surveying and monitoring of the works.The basement slab construction process utilized the above technologies with great success in solving the common construction problem of the cracking of mass concrete. As a result great economic and social benefits were reaped.
