大功率高频软开关电镀电源的研究

【摘要】 电镀电源实际上是一种变流设备,它把电网的交流电压变成低压直流或脉冲电压,供电镀使用。电源的变换技术和控制技术对电镀电源的发展、性能以及效率的提高有着重要的作用。电镀电源经历了四代发展,包括:直流发电机组、不可控硅整流器、可控硅整流器和高频软开关逆变电源。 软开关技术巧妙利用高频变压器漏感和功率管输出结电容作为谐振元件来完成谐振过程,实现零电压或零电流,错开功率器件大电流与高电压同时出现的硬开关状态,大大降低功率器件的开关损耗。由于软开关技术显著的优势,使得高频软开关电镀电源己逐渐取代了前三代,广泛的应用于需要高品质电镀电源的电镀工业。 全桥移相软开关拓扑电路是目前大功率高频开关电镀电源最常用的拓扑结构,本文通过论述软开关技术的历史与发展,对比分析了三种全桥移相软开关拓扑电路的特点,提出了一种适合大功率高频软开关电镀电源的原边加阻断电容和饱和电感器的全桥移相软开关变换器拓扑结构,本文分析了该拓扑电路的工作原理及软开关实现的条件。通过电路参数的计算与仿真,对谐振元器件参数的选择进行了深入的研究。针对恒流、恒压两种闭环PI控制器参数优化问题,本文采用了临界比例度法对PI控制器的参数进行了整定。在理论分析与仿真的基础上,研制了一套基于80C196KC 16位单片机的数字化大功率高频软开关电镀电源。经过半年现场的运行表明,试验结果与理论仿真结果基本一致,证明了本文理论分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 Electroplate power system in fact is a equipment of transforming power energy, it transform alternative voltage from electric power net to constant low direct current or pulse voltage and supply for electroplate use. Power transform technology and control method play a important role to electroplate power’s development, improvement of efficient and performance. Development of electroplate power has experienced four generations: direct current generator sets incontrollable silicon rectifier controllable silicon rectifier high frequent switch inverter power.Soft technology subtly use high frequent transformer leak inductance and electronic unit snubber act as resonance units and accomplish resonance produce, realize Zero_Valtage and Zero_Current, therefore it can avoid high current and high voltage occur at the same time, This greatly decrease electronic unit switch loss, increase power work efficient. Because soft switch has great advances, it made high frequent soft switch electroplate power gradually substitute the three former generate electroplate power.Full bridge shift phase soft switch topologic circuit is extensively applied topologic structure in high power and high frequent switch electroplate power system, in this paper, expound soft switch technology development and history, contrast analyze feature of three full bridge shift phase soft switch topologic circuits, bring forward a topologic structure suit for high power and high frequent electroplate, analyze it principle and addition of ZCS, on this base, carry through experiment. Deeply research choose of resonate unit parameter by calculating and simulating. Use critical proportion adjust PI controller parameter, in order to optimize PI controller parameter of constant voltage and constant current two closed loop controls. By theoretic analyze and simulate, develop a base on 80C196KC singlechip digital high power and high frequent soft switch electroplate power system. Experiment result agree on theory, prove direct of theory analyze.
