单板层积材物理性能特性的研究

【摘要】 为促进人工林单板层积材(LVL)的发展及其应用领域的拓宽,本文选取杨树、马尾松、落叶松、桉树、思茅松为原料生产LVL,并对五种树种的密度及其对应LVL的密度、静曲强度、弹性模量、剪切强度、尺寸稳定性等物理性能进行了研究。本文还分别对五种树种密度与LVL力学性能间的相关性、LVL密度与其力学性能间的相关性进行了分析与讨论。 结果表明:(1) 五种树种密度与其对应LVL的密度、静曲强度、弹性模量间及LVL密度与其静曲强度、弹性模量间都存在着较好的线性相关并分别得出了它们两两间的回归方程;(2) LVL尺寸稳定性受纹理方向影响显著,且板材的弹性膨胀、弹塑性膨胀和塑性膨胀是同时发生、相互联系的;(3) 剪切强度与树种密度间、与LVL密度间的相关性很差。

【Abstract】 To promote the development and application of LVL, Poplar, Finns massoniana Lamb, Eucalyptus, Pinus yunnanensis Franch and Larix olgensis Henry are used in this paper to produce LVL. Five wood species’ density and LVL’s density, MOR, MOE, Shearing strength, dimensional stability are studied comprehensively. And the correlation between wood species density and LVL’s mechanical properties, the correlation between LVL’s density and its mechanical properties is analyzed respectively.The results show that: (1) The high correlation between wood species density and LVL’s density, MOR, MOE , the high correlation between LVL’s density and its MOR and MOE is pretty obvious. Based on their high correlation, the concrete regreesion equation between them is obtained respectively; (2) The LVL’s dimensional stability is influenced remarkably by its texture direction. Elastic swelling, elastic-plastic swelling and plastic swelling of LVL occur synchronously and influence each other; (3) The correlation between LVL’s shearing strength and density of wood species and LVL is not prominent.
