商业街道步行环境空间初探

【摘要】 本论文从商业街道步行环境空间的认知、界面的概述、步行环境空间的表达以及商业街道步行环境空间的终极目标——人的活动四个方面,分析了商业街道中步行环境空间与界面的“容”与“器”的关系,探讨界面连续统一的重要性,深入分析商业街道中界面围合人性化的步行环境空间的方法和途径,最后论述了人的活动与商业街道步行环境空间的关系。本论文结合王府井商业街的实例,论述了可以从纵向空间关系和横向空间关系来把握商业街道步行环境空间的表达,阐明了商业街道步行环境空间的两种形式:通畅的运动空间和吸引人逗留的停滞空间;分析了影响商业街道步行环境空间表达的主要因素。本论文旨在强化获得人性化的商业街道步行环境空间的正确方法与途径,以期对实践有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the pedestrian environment space of the commercial street, the paper is composed of four parts: space perception, interface brief account, space expression and people activities at which it ultimately aims The relationship between the pedestrian environment space and the interface of the commercial street is carried through the paper in which the continuance of the interface is pinpointed. In details, this paper analyzes the way in which the interface creates humanistic pedestrian environment space, and then discusses the relationship between the people activities and the pedestrian environment space of the commercial street. The study emphasizes on how to express it through the column space order and the cross space order; clarifies the two forms: the movement space and the stagnation space; analyzes the main factors influencing the space expression and at last gives an example of WangFuJing commercial street in Peking. The ultimate purpose is to direct design practices to a certain extent by illustrating the right way in the creation of humanistic pedestrian environment space of the commercial street.
