矿井运输系统安全目标管理的神经网络方法研究

【摘要】 矿井运输系统是煤矿生产的重要环节,多发的运输事故对煤矿的安全生产构成严重威胁,所以有必要对矿井运输系统进行安全评价,从人、机、环境、管理四方面对矿井运输系统的安全状况进行划分并实施分级管理。通过对一些煤矿的调研,找到了矿井运输系统事故的发生条件和规律,对矿井运输系统从人、机、环境、管理四个方面进行详细的因素分析,确定了影响矿井运输系统安全水平的因素集,并将矿井运输系统的安全状况的评语集分为五级;将安全目标管理的思想体系引入到矿井运输系统中来,从安全管理目标的制定与分解、安全目标管理的实施与控制、安全目标管理成果的综合评价与整改三大方面进行控制,至此形成了矿井运输系统安全状况的评价体系。根据多个煤矿广泛调研所得矿井运输系统安全评价的现场资料,应用灰色聚类理论,形成了矿井运输系统样本的安全等级。在此基础上,运用Matlab6.1程序软件编制神经网络程序并进行训练,建立矿井运输系统安全水平的综合评价模型。将建立好的神经网络模型、矿井运输系统的指标样本一起组成了矿井运输系统安全等级的评价系统,并将此系统对具体矿井运输系统进行工程验证,从而提出矿井运输系统的安全措施和整改意见。本文对我国矿井运输系统安全等级的划分,对减少工伤事故次数、减少人员伤亡数目具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Coal transport system is the important sector in coal production, Frequent accidents of transport have threaten critically to safety production of mine. Therefore, there is necessity to have a safety assessment to coal transport system. Safety state of coal transport system is divided and carried out management separately from man、machine、media and management.Based on the extensive study of some mines, we educed the happening condition and rule of accidents in coal transport system. We define the factor collections by analyzing detailedly coal transport system from man、machine、media and management. Safety states of coal transport system are divided five grades. Thought system of safety objective management is imported into coal transport system. Safety objective management controls from three sectors, i.e objective formulation resolution、objective carried out and controlled、outcome comprehensive assessment and improvement. So brought up evaluation system of safety state in coal transport system. Based on the extensive study of many mines, we got the spot data for evaluating transport system safety degree. Safety grade of samples of coal transport system is formed by applying grey classification analysis. Based on it, programmed the neural network and trained it by applying matlab 6.1,comprehensive assessment model of coal transport system is set up. Put the trained neural network model and the indexes database of coal transport system together constituted the assessment system to safety state of coal transport system. And applied it to some mine engineering verification. So put forward safety measure and improvement opinion.This text has the certain guidance meaning for dividing safety grade of coal transport system and decreasing industrial accident.
