新型抗折试验机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文以宁夏机械研究院提供的新型抗折试验机机械部分为研究对象,利用现代控制方法、单片机技术及交流电机伺服控制技术等完成了抗折试验机控制系统的设计,以及试验控制系统的核心—试验控制器的研制与调试工作。该新型抗折试验机主要用于精度要求较高的材料试验,测定各种材料在等载荷加载状态下的最大抗折强度。论文介绍了新型抗折试验机控制系统的结构。该控制系统实现了材料抗折试验的过程控制及压力伺服控制,并具有如下特点:精确压力测量与控制、实时性强、具有先进的SPI串行总线形式、双机协同工作模式等。试验控制器的设计采用了模块化设计思想。硬件部分使用320×240点阵液晶屏、4M FLASH存储器等,解决了试验数据曲线显示及屏幕切换的问题;采用24位高精度A/D转换器等器件实现了高精度的压力测量。软件部分使用变速积分PID控制算法,解决了系统在初始状态时易进入深度积分饱和的问题;编写了液晶屏数据曲线及汉字显示模块、键盘控制算法等模块。为了提高试验控制器的集成度,在主、从微处理器间采用了本文设计的单总线串行通信协议。鉴于控制系统中的干扰因素较多,在测量通道和控制通道中采取了多项抗干扰措施。本论文设计的新型抗折试验机控制系统经现场调试,达到了高精度材料试验的要求,整个试验控制系统运行稳定、故障率低。

【Abstract】 The paper regards the mechanical segment of the new type of Testing Antifracture Machine provided by Ningxia Machinery Research Institute as research object. Based on the modern control theory, SCM technology, and servo motor control technology, the paper realizes the design of the control system, and accomplishes the development and debugging of the core of testing control system—testing controller. New type of Testing Antifracture Machine is a kind of material Testing Machine with high precision, which is mostly used to test the largest intensity of all kinds of material in the state of equal load.The paper introduces the structure of control system of the new type of Testing Antifracture Machine. The control system realizes the control of the testing process and pressure servo. It’s provided with several characters as followed: precise pressure measure and control, good real time, adoption of advanced SPI series bus and double controller cooperation working model.Testing controller adopts the idea of modularization design. With 320×240 graphic dot-matrix LCD, 4MB FLASH memory, Testing controller can display data curve and shift the screen; Using 24 bits A/D converter, It realize the high precise pressure measure. The software includes the gearshift integral PID arithmetic, the displaying module of data curve and Chinese characters in the LCD, and control arithmetic of keyboard. For increasing the degree of system integration, the system uses one bus series communication protocol devised by the author himself between master and slaver controller. There being many disturbance elements in the control system, some anti-disturbance measures are applied in the measure tunnels and control tunnels.The paper provides the results of the debugging and analysis of the control system.
