高性能步进电机控制系统的研制

【摘要】 步进电动机突出的优点是它可以在宽广的频率范围内通过改变脉冲频率来实现调速,快速起停、正反转控制及制动等,并且由其组成的开环系统既简单、廉价,又非常可靠,因此在众多领域有着极其广泛的应用。研制一种高性能步进电机驱动器及其控制系统具有重要的意义。本课题研究开发了高性能步进电机驱动器及其控制系统。该系统以PC机作为上位机,以单片机作为下位机,可使上位机能够可靠地将经过处理的控制指令和参数发送到下位机,保证下位机能够准确、及时地发出控制信号,通过驱动器驱动步进电机工作。同时,上位机检测下位机的各种状态信号,进行诊断和处理。研制了步进电机恒频脉宽调制细分驱动器。分析了造成步进电机矩频特性差、振荡和失步的原因,使用CPLD器件完成了单芯片集成式微步运行电路的设计,实现了步进电机的细分驱动,简化了控制逻辑系统;采用恒频脉宽调制技术和场效应管作为功率驱动开关管,提高了电路的性能和可靠性。实验结果表明,该驱动器提高了高频运行时的矩频特性,降低了低频运行时的功耗。介绍了增强型并行口的工作原理,开发了步进电机控制器的上位机通讯硬件电路、下位机硬件电路以及系统软件。实验证明,该控制器具有较高的数据传输速率、良好的实时性、较高的稳定性和友好的人机对话功能。本文开发的步进电机控制系统可以实现电机位置控制、加减速控制、并具有插补运算、图形显示、人机对话等功能。采用模块化的设计使系统具有广泛的适应性。
【Abstract】 The advantages of stepping motor are regulating-rate, quickly rise-stop, positive-reverse controlling and brake etc by changing the frequency of pulse. The stepping motor opening-ring system is simple, cheap, stability and reliability, therefore its application is very extensive in many realm. It has great importance signification to develop high performance driver and control system of stepping motor.A high performance driver and control system of stepping motor has been developed. The system adopts the PC as master computer and the single-chip as slave computer. Control instructions and parameter have been delivered from the master computer to slave computer dependently and smoothly in order to guarantee the work that can be accurately and promptly done. Besides, the host computer collects various kinds of state signal that the slave computer feedbacks to diagnose and manipulate.A step motor subdivision driver of constant frequency PWM is developed based on CPLD and MOSFET, so running performance of stepping motors is improved greatly. Not only has it improved the stability in low frequency and the torque-speed characteristic in high frequency,but can it utilize energy availably. It has been proved that the driver has nice adaptability, stability, reliability and self-protection ability.The principle of EPP is introduced, and a step motor controller has been developed successfully with the EPP technology. In addition,the communication circuit of master computer, the hardware circuit of slave computer and system software have been finished. It has been proved that the control system has high transport rate, nice Real-time control, high reliability, convenient man-machine conversation.The step motor position-control, add and subtract rate control,figure function, man-machine dialogue function etc have been realized in the system. In addition,it has wide adaptability for the controlling system to use modularization design.
