城市居住小区汽车停放问题研究

【摘要】 当前,汽车进入家庭的速度越来越快,汽车的人均拥有量在逐渐增大,正是由于汽车的存在,我们才能获得空前高度的机动性和移动方式。但是我们在享受汽车带来的迅捷与便利的同时,我们自身的活动开始为交通和环境所困扰。作为居住载体的居住小区也面临着这样的状况,如何解决汽车停放问题已经成为一个不容忽视的问题。 本论文以我国城市居住小区的汽车停放问题作为研究对象,在实例分析及调查的基础上,剖析《城市居住区规划设计规范》(GB50180-93)(以下简称《规范》)中规定的指标体系,结合国内外相关领域的研究,从停车指标、停车布局、停车方式及环境等方面探讨了居住小区的汽车停放问题,并从城市整体发展及人性化思考的角度对停车问题进行了解析。 本文共五章,第一章对居住小区汽车停放问题产生的由来进行了剖析,阐述了小汽车在我国的发展状况及当前城市居住小区停车规划面临的问题,进而提出本文研究的目的及意义;第二章主要研究国外居住区道路及停车规划思想的发展状况,旨在借鉴一些先进的理论成果,使我们少走弯路;第三章主要研究国内居住区道路及停车规划思想的发展状况,并分析了各种停车指标及其影响因素;第四章通过对停车布局和停车方式的研究,提出停车布局的设计原则及停车方式的选择建议,明确了两者之间的关系;第五章主要通过实例分析及设计来从实际工程角度对本文研究的理论进行归纳,结合对动态交通和停车布局的分析,以发展的观点来对待停车问题,站在人性化的立场和城市整体交通的角度对停车规划加以引导。

【Abstract】 At present, automobile enter family faster and faster . The per capita owning amount of the automobile is crescent. Just because of the existence of the automobile, we could obtain more of mobility and movement way . But when we enjoy the convenience that automobile bring to us , our activities begin to be perplexed for traffic and environment. Residential communities which is just as the inhabital carrier also face such problems. How to solve park problem of automobile become a qustion that can’ t be ignored.This thesis take the park issue in the residential community of our country as the research object. On the foundations of instant analysies and investigations, we analyze the index system stipulated in the "Specifications of planning and design with inhabital regions in the city " (GB50180-93 ) (hereafter referred to as " norm " ), combining the research of the domestic and international relevant field. Thesis probes into the park issue from park index , park overall arrangement , respect of parking ways and environment , angling that park issue should be analyzed from whole city development.This text amounts to five chapters. Chapter one analysies the origin that issue produces, explains the state of car development in our country and the problems in the planning of park in city residential communities. And then putting forward the purpose and meaning of this text and studying. Chapter two researches the development of foreign inhabital road and park , aiming at drawing lessons from some advanced theories , making us avoid detours. Chapter three researches the development of domestic inhabital road and park, the index and influence factors . Chapterfour through the analyses of park overall arrangements and parking ways, points out the design principles of overall arrangements and the parking ways, also with relations between the two. Chapter five coming in terms with actual projects and instance analysis, sums up theories of this text .In all, we should combine to dynamic traffic and park analysis of overall arrangements , treat the questions of parking with the view of development and stand in humanized position to lead parking from the angle of whole city .
