住宅单元矩形平面适应性研究

【摘要】 本文是一篇在适应性观点下对城市普通住宅中矩形平面的基本功能、空间自主与个性化追求方面进行探讨的论文。 关注我国城市中的普通住宅,呈现出以矩形平面为母题,通过组合变化而构成平面形式的单元式住宅的主导趋势。本文以矩形平面为挈入点,面对住宅既要系列化的大生产又要满足人们个性化追求的状况,应用讨论复杂问题的适应性观点,去认识城市普通住宅设计中,各种环境因素与人的各种需求之间的关系,通过对矩形平面如何在具有经济技术合理性的前提下,对其功能、形态变化等方面的综合分析研究,探讨在这种需求变化下普通住宅设计的实质问题,使我们更好地了解住宅适应性所应关注的方面及其如何通过设计而达到各种因素相互适应的基本思路,以此来更好的指导现代城市普通住宅的设计。使住宅更好地体现社会效益、经济效益和人性的终极关怀。

【Abstract】 This article is one, to the basic function of the rectangle plan in the ordinary house of the city under adaptability view, space act on one’s own with identited to pursue respect go on thesis that discuss.Pay close attention to the thing that the ordinary house among the city of our country , demonstrate and regard rectangle plan as mother’s question, form the leading trend of the unit type house of the plan form through making up and changing. This text regards this as the opportunity , in order to take along and enter clicking with the rectangle plan, Should great production of seriation satisfied with people’s identited state that pursue in the face of house, use and discuss the adaptability view of the complicated problem, Is it know city in the ordinary design of house , relation of various kinds of demands of different environmental factor and people to go, How on the premise of having economic technology rationality the rectangle plan is to pass correctly!, to function , form person who change comprehensive analysis and research of its, Probe into the substantive issue of making the ordinary design of house of this kind of demand change, Make us understand house respect adaptability should pay close attention to the thing and how up to various kinds of basic train of thought that factor meet each other through designing better, Come good guidance modern city ordinary design of house with this. Make the house reflect the ultimate care of social benefit, economic benefits and human nature better.
