消费社会下的综合性商业建筑研究

【摘要】 消费社会是一个有计划,有组织,大规模地激发欲求的社会。它是与西方工业化国家以福特主义为代表的大规模生产方式在全球范围内的扩张密切相联的。伴随着科学技术和传媒的发展,消费社会极力向大众推销以消费为主要表现的生活方式与价值标准,欲求被有计划的创造出来。而作为消费活动发生的城市商业空间,特别是具有代表性的综合商业建筑,也就当然地成为激励需求和欲求、建构生命价值意义的重要场所。 在消费社会中,综合性商业建筑,已不仅仅限于商业经营与购物,而是被扩展到具有多种功能和建构生活价值意义的场所。由此,综合性商业建筑无论是外在体量、立面处理,还是内部空间架构、环境营造,都与以往的商业建筑设施有所不同,形成了新的营造方式和特征。同时,有计划,有组织,大规模激发欲求的商业建筑环境在城市的集聚必然会对其自身及城市景观造成一定的影响。 为了进一步探讨消费社会下的综合商业建筑,我们主要从其功能空间的组织、商业环境、城市景观等层面展开叙述。 功能的进一步综合化和娱乐化是商业经营者吸引人流,增加消费可能的有效措施。它通过商品的大量聚集以及多种行为之间的相互激励,从而建立更多的和更为复杂的欲求倾向,实现更多的购买。 综合性商业建筑内部空间的组织建构是消费活动顺利展开的关键。在复杂的内部环境中,空间的识别性,空间的再划分以及公共空间功能组织的核心作用,都是建筑自身强化对消费者的印象,促进消费的有效办法。 综合性商业建筑的环境营造为了激发欲求、建构生活价值,越来越表现为颠覆日常。它是通过与日常环境的隔离来解除日常惯性对于欲求的束缚抑制,实现购买。颠覆日常的环境营造可以概括为归属性格局的创造和幻境的生成两种方式。 综合性商业设施长期以来都是城市景观构成中的重要元素。它在城市中的快速扩张、集聚,都必然会直接影响到现代城市商业化景观的生成和街道在城市景观组织中的地位。消费社会下的综合性商业建筑研究摘要 综合商业建筑在消费社会中激发欲求、促进消费而采取的手段与方式,具有一定的必然性。消费对于消费社会中社会和生命价值建构的作用越来越得到强调,而综合性商业设施也必将成为社会整合和建构价值的重要场所。

【Abstract】 Consuming society is a society which can inspire large requirements in a large scheme modle. It associates with explosion of FUTE’s large creation mode of west counties. With the development of science technology and communication, Consuming society utmost introduce such life mode and importance standard to people,which adheres to consumption.Accordingly, Wants is designedly created.However,commercial spaces where consumption begins and ends, especially typical synthetical commerce architectures spontaneously become important sites where inspire needs and requirements and establish life value.In Consuming society,Synthetical commerce architectures not only localize commerce management and shopping but also extends to a very important concourse that possessed multiple functions and establish life value.So, Synthetical commerce architectures are different from traditional architectures no matter what external grace,dimensional disposal and inner space constructure,enviroment building,and they form new building format and character. On the other hand, congregating of large commerce architectures inspiring wants will influence themselves and urban landscape.In order to explore synthetical commerce architectures in Consuming Society deep,this paper mostly presents its organization of function space ,commerce envoriment and urban landscape,etc.Function more synthetizing and amusing is an effective method which attracts consumers and increases consumption. It utilizes large accumulation of goods and mutual inspirit of all kinds of dealing to build more and more complex requirement trend ,and achieves more purchase.Organization and constuction of inner space of synthetical commerce architectures is a key to develop consumption actions successfully.Recognization and redividing of space and core function of common space organization are also effective ways to strengthen impression and accelerate consumption in complex innercondition.Condition establishment of synthetical commerce architectures is to inspire wants and establish life value,it overthrow everyday life more and more.It achieves purchase by the means of the isolation of shopping condition and everyday condition and the everyday life restriction to requirement.The way of establishing condition to overthrow everyday life can be generalized in two ways:attribute pattern establishment and dreamland generation.The synthetical commerce architecture has been an important component for urban landscape. Its rapid expansion and congregation in the city will influence the development of commercial secenery of modern city and status of streets in the city secenery.The ways and methods that synthetical commerce architectures adopt in order to inspire requirements and increase consumption have some inevitability.The importance of consumption in the consumption society and establishing of life value is more and more strengthened,and synthetical commercial facility will also become the important site of society integrating and value establishing.
