管理咨询的伦理分析

【摘要】 中国管理咨询业在其二十多年的发展历程中,为中国企业、为其他产业的成长提供了全面、及时的服务,自身也得到了长足发展,不断地走向成熟、走向完善。但由于受内外部各种因素的影响,中国管理咨询业仍然存在着有待改进的地方,其中包括道德方面的不足。本文从伦理学的角度对中国的管理咨询业进行全面分析,首先指出管理咨询中存在的道德问题:管理咨询从业人员在资料收集中不遵守保密原则、在诊断分析中缺乏责任意识、在方案设计中受私利因素影响;管理咨询公司在整体运作中缺乏基本的伦理定位、缺乏合理的价值目标、缺乏竞争道德,并指出道德问题对管理咨询的影响。然后分别从管理咨询公司、管理咨询从业人员及社会环境三个方面论述加强管理咨询伦理建设的重要性及具体措施,即管理咨询从业人员必须严格遵守保密原则、增强责任意识、排除私利干扰;管理咨询公司必须注重基本的伦理价值、设定合理的价值目标、建立和谐的竞争关系;社会必须加强制度约束和舆论褒贬,以共同推动管理咨询行业的规范发展和不断繁荣。

【Abstract】 The management consulting industry of China offers comprehensive and prompt services for Chinese enterprises and other industries during its development course. Meanwhile, it gets tremendous development, and becoming much mature and perfect constantly. Being affected by various kinds of factors inside and outside, the management consulting industry still has something to be improved, which including the moral deficiency. This paper plans to analyze the management consultation of China all-sidely in terms of ethics. It Points out moral issues existing in management consulting: The consultant does not follow secret principle in collecting information, lacking responsibility in analyzing problems, influenced by private interests in designing scheme. In the whole operation, the management consulting corporation lacks basic ethics location, rational value goal, and morals of competition. Then it points out the impact of the ethical questions on management consulting. In the following part, it discusses the importance of strengthening ethics construction of management consulting and offers concrete measures from three respects. Firstly, management consultant must observe secret principle strictly, strengthen responsibility, get rid of the interfere of private interests. Secondly, the consulting management corporation must pay attention to basic ethics value, establish the rational value goal, establish harmonious competition relationship. Thirdly, the society must strengthen management from social system and public opinion, promoting the development and prosperity of the management consulting trade constantly!
