铝电磁场快速铸轧电磁感应器电气控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 设计制造一套功能完善,运行可靠的电磁场电气控制系统是实现铝带坯电磁场快速铸轧的关键环节。论文就铝电磁场快速铸轧电气控制系统设计中电路结构,系统模型,计算机控制等关键技术进行了详细的研究: 1.分析了电磁铸轧的作用机理及电磁参数对铸轧结晶细化的影响,引出电磁铸轧工艺对磁场电气控制系统的具体要求,确定了系统SPWM交—直—交变频的总体控制方案。 2.采用传统正弦脉宽调制变频技术原理,结合电磁场快速铸轧工艺对系统的具体要求,设计了一种新型的变频装置,以满足电磁场快速铸轧工艺的要求。 3.建立了系统的数学模型,分析研究了系统的稳态性能与动态性能,为系统控制提供了理论指导。 4.根据系统控制的具体要求,确定了工控机与单片机相结合的控制方案,利用汇编语言编制了下位机控制程序,采用Delphi高级程序语言开发了上位机操控软件。 5.在实验室进行了模拟工业生产实验,结果表明,加入电磁场能有效地细化铸轧带坯晶粒、提高铝带坯铸轧产品质量。 本文对铝电磁场快速铸轧电气控制系统的研究,为电磁场快速铸轧的工业化生产打下了良好的基础,并将有利于推进铝连续铸轧理论和我国铝加工工业技术的发展。

【Abstract】 Design of a full functional and reliably running electromagnetic system is the key to realize the electromagnetic fast casting-rolling of aluminum strips. In this paper, some key technologies are researched such as the structure of the circuit, its system model, its microcomputer control and so on, so the following work is done.Firstly, the functional mechanism of electromagnetic casting-rolling and the influence of each electromagnetic parameters on the size of crystalline grain during the casting-rolling is analyzed, and the specific requirements of the electromagnetic control system is put forward; then the whole electromagnetic casting-rolling control scheme is established.Secondly, the system circuit is designed, during the designing process, the traditional SPWM frequency conversion technology is adopted, and the requirements of the electromagnetic fast casting-rolling in the system are fulfilled.Thirdly, the mathematic model of the system control is established, and its stability and dynamic property are analyzed, which provides some theoretic guidance to the system controls.Fourthly, according to the specific requirements of the system control, the two-level computer control scheme that combines industrial computer and single-chip microcomputer is established; and the master computer is programmed with assembly language and the slave computer is programmed with Delphi.Fifthly, the simulative experiment of industrial production is done in the lab, and the results of the experiment show that the system can fine the casting-rolling crystalline grain, and improve the casting-rolling quality.The research in this paper not only grounds the industrial production of electromagnetic fast casting-rolling, but also advances the theory in this area and promotes the development of aluminum machining technology.
