提高水下混凝土灌注桩强度的试验研究与应用

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,近海的开发及大量水下工程的建设已越来越多,水下建筑结构复杂,尤其在深海区,混凝土水下施工除了要求混凝土的质量更高外,还要求施工工艺简单,经济要合理,且对环境无污染,因此提高水下混凝土的性能受到了工程界的高度重视,本文就提高水下混凝土灌注桩强度进行了试验研究。 为了提高水下混凝土灌注桩的强度,本文详细地阐述了水下混凝土抗分散剂和复合增强剂的成分、性能等,并就它们对水下混凝土性能的影响进行了试验研究,分析了抗分散剂和复合增强剂的作用机理,提出了新型水下不分散混凝土中抗分散剂和复合增强剂的最佳掺量。通过试验,就骨料品质和界面粘结强度对水下抗分散混凝土灌注桩桩身强度的影响进行了分析,提出了选择骨料的评定指标。同时,还对水下灌注混凝土配比优化设计和水下抗分散混凝土灌注桩灌注工艺进行了初步的研究。 本文利用研制的新型水下混凝土抗分散剂和复合增强剂,在某市铁路客站综合楼基础工程施工中得到了比较成功的应用。

【Abstract】 With the development of society, there have been more and more development of coastal waters and lots of underwater engineering, underwater construction structure is complicated, especially in the deep area of sea. Better quality of concrete is required in underwater construction execution of work of concrete, as well as simple technology of construction execution of work, reasonable economy, no pollution. Thus enhancing underwater concrete property was highly valued by engineering groups ,This paper had done tentative research on enhancing underwater concrete filling pile intensity.In order to enhance underwater concrete filling pile intensity, this paper elaborated in detail the components and properties of underwater concrete anti-dispersion agent and mixed fortifier , and took tentative research on their effect on underwater concrete property , analyzed anti-dispersion agent and mixed fortifier mechanism of working ,put forward best mixture values of anti-dispersion agent that was mixed with mixed fortifier in underwater concrete of new type .Through test, effect on underwater concrete filling pile intensity by aggregate quality and interface bond strength was analyzed, put forward the assessing index of choosing aggregate, meantime, still initially researched concrete mixtureration optimum design of underwater filling pile and anti-dispersion agent filling pile technologyThis paper put forword newly researched underwater concrete anti-dispersion agent and mixed fortifier, which was successfully applied in railway guest station’s synthetical building foundation engineering execution of work in some city
