颈椎牵引配合骨友灵贴膏、TDP治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

【摘要】 本论文系统的回顾了中医、现代医学中有关神经根型颈椎病的文献，总结了神经根型颈椎病的病因、病机、诊断和治疗等方面的国内外研究成果，客观的分析了颈椎牵引配合骨友灵贴膏和TDP照射综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。 作者于2003年4月～2004年3月，以无锡市第五人民医院为基地，治疗神经根型颈椎病患者28例，其中16例采用颈椎牵引配合骨友灵贴膏和TDP照射综合治疗，12例采用单纯颈椎牵引治疗进行临床研究。观察结果显示：颈椎牵引配合骨友灵贴膏和TDP照射综合治疗神经根型颈椎病在颈肩部疼痛、颈部活动方面较单纯的颈椎牵引治疗效果好，而在总体疗效上无显著差异。 本次研究存在研究时间较短，病例数较少等方面的不足，因此还有待于进一步观察和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reviewed systematically the document concerning cerrical spondylopathy of never roots,summrized the research resultsboth here and aborad about the pathogeny,pathology,diagnosis and treatment.Furthermore,it objectively analysed the curative effect of tractor,Guyouling plaster and TDP.From April,2003 to March,2004,using WuXi NO.5 Peoples Hospital as base,we treated totle 28 patients with cerrical spondylopathy of never roots, 16 patients treated by tractor,Guyouling plaster and TDP, 12 patients treated with single tractor.Practice turned out that syntheticaly treatment could better alleviate the symptom of neck pain and neck movement than single treatment.Due to lack of observing time and case,this treatment need further study.更多还原
