补益肺肾、祛风涤痰法治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床研究

【摘要】 本课题以中医理论为指导，结合临床实践，从理论和临床两方面探讨了具有补益肺肾、祛风涤痰作用的哮宁方对支气管哮喘缓解期的治疗效应和作用机理。理论部分通过总结分析古代文献，结合现代医家研究成果，分析了支气管哮喘缓解期的病因病机，提出了肺肾两虚，痰饮内伏是病机关键，补益肺肾、祛风涤痰法是主要治法。临床以此法为基础创研出哮宁方治疗本病，并以单纯补益肺肾的固本咳喘片为对照组，观察哮宁方治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的疗效，结果两组在改善症状体征，提高免疫功能，消除气道炎症方面均具有差异性，并明显提高肺功能，从而证明了支气管哮喘缓解期以补益肺肾、祛风涤痰为法论治的合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theme questions XiaoNing Decoction who has curing effect and role mechanism in bronchial asthma remission stage. It is directed by Chinese medical theory and combined clinical work. It’s questioned from these two sides. XiaoNing Decoction has the effect of invigorating lung and kidney and eliminating wind and phlegm. The academic part analyses the etiology and pathogenesis of bronchial asthma remission stage. It introduces that asthenia of both lung and kidney and internal stagnation of phlegm are the main pathegenesis. It also presents that invigorating lung and kidney and eliminating wind and phlegm are the primary treatment. It is by summarizing and criticizing ancient literature and by bonding modern clinician’s research production. Invigorating lung and kidney and eliminating wind and phlegm are the basis of our clinical work. We study and create XiaoNing Decoction to heal this disease, take the gubenkechuan tablets as controlled group who invigorate lung and kidney purely and observe the healing results of XiaoNing Decoction when it cure bronchial asthma in its remission stage. In sequence, curing and controlled two groups have obvious differences in several aspects, such as improving symptoms, signs and pulmonary functions, enhancing immune functions and eliminating airway inflammation.
