【摘要】 教育是个系统工程，现代教育不仅包括智能素质、体能素质教育，还应包括法律素质在内的品德素质教育。作为我国未来社会主义现代化建设主力军的当代大学生，在掌握专业知识外，其法律素质方面应具有丰富的法律知识，健全的法律意识和良好的运用法律处理问题的能力。 本论文从四个方面对大学生的法律素质教育进行研究。笔者首先分析了素质与法律素质的含义与构成，指出作为人的综合素质之一的法律素质是人们通过一定的学习及社会实践活动而形成的法律知识、法律意识和运用法律能力的总和。其次，笔者在比较了法律素质教育与公民素质教育、道德素质教育的异同之后，总结了大学生法律素质教育的特点与意义。为了了解当代大学生法律素质的现状与存在的问题，笔者于2003年3月利用《法律基础》课程教学之机，采用访谈与问卷调查的形式对本校近300名同学进行了一次调查，对于调查的结果，笔者在研究的基础上指出了存在的问题及造成问题产生的社会、学校及个人三方面的因素。以上构成本论文的第三部分。最后笔者从课堂内、课堂外两方面就如何加强和改进大学生法律素质教育的方法、内容、途径等问题提出了思考。 在本论文的写作过程中，笔者力求做到理论联系实际，并有一定的系统性及现实针对性。以期对学校德育工作者了解现状、增强法律教育工作的时效性、针对性及有效性有一定的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education is a systematic project. The education of not only the literacy but also the politics, morality and laws must be strengthened to students. The college students, as the reserve force of the construction of our country modernization , should be provided with some legal quality, legal knowledge, legal sense and capacity of dealing with practical affairs by using legal knowledge in addition to professional knowledge.A study on the legal quality of the university students is done in this thesis from four aspects. At first, the writer analyze the definition and construction of quality and quality of laws, as one of the whole quality of a person, is a complex of knowledge of laws, sense of laws and capability of exercising laws through study and social practice. Then the writer summarizes the characteristics and significance of the education of the university student’s quality of laws after comparing the similarity’s and differences between education of quality of laws and education of quality of citizen as well as education of quality of morals. In order to have an idea of the present state and problems existing of the University students’ legal quality, the writer, take the advantage of teaching the course " Basic Knowledge" in March, 2003, carried out a survey on about 300 students in Wuhan University of Techno ledge through inquiry and research the writer studies outcome of the research, and figures out the existing problems and the three factors, involving the society, the university and the individuals, that cause the problems. Finally, the writer raises some views toward how to strengthen and improve the educational methods, contents, approaches from insider and outside the class .In the process of writing the thesis, the writer combines the theory with the practice in order that the educational works comprehend the present state ,and strengthen the effectiveness, efficiency of the legal education which surely have practical significance.更多还原
