换流站与变电站监控系统抗干扰试验研究

【摘要】 本文研究了换流站与变电站电磁骚扰源的强度和特性、骚扰源的耦合途径和耦合方式,进而提出了二次监控、保护设备或系统的抗干扰要求。主要研究内容及成果如下: 1、研究了换流站和变电站的电磁骚扰现象和骚扰源的特性和强度。分析了换流站和变电站环境中雷电冲击等11种电磁骚扰现象、以及由此产生的电磁骚扰的水平和特性,和二次监控、保护设备或系统耦合电磁骚扰的方式或路径。 2、完成了四座500kV换流站与变电站电磁骚扰的测量工作。获得了500kV换流站与变电站开关操作时产生的大量瞬态电磁骚扰数据。 3、对换流站与变电站的电磁环境类型进行了划分,并就不同的环境确定了相应的电磁骚扰水平。 4、对换流站与变电站的二次监控、保护设备或系统提出了10项抗干扰试验,并根据设备的功能要求与电磁环境的关系,提出了二次设备的抗干扰性能判据。 若500kV及以下电压等级的换流站与变电站二次监控系统的抗扰度要求满足本文提出的电磁兼容要求,则可以实现开关场下放。

【Abstract】 This paper researched the level and characteristic of the electromagnetic disturbances and their transmission modes and coupling passes, and set immunity requirement for monitor, control and protect equipment or systems intended for use in converter and substation. The main contributions are as follows.1. The level and characteristic of the electromagnetic disturbances in converter and substation are researched. The 11 electromagnetic disturbance phenomena as surge and their level and characteristic are analyzed. Analyzed transmission passes of their disturbances and coupling modes to automation apparatus.2. Many transient disturbance waveforms are measured and recorded during switching operations in four SOOkV converter and substation .3. Classified the electromagnetic environments in converter and substation, and determined related electromagnetic disturbance level.4. Determined 10 immunity tests and test level for monitor, control and protect equipment or systems intended for use in converter and substation, and established immunity assessment criteria for the different functional requirements and actual electromagnetic condition.The automation apparatus may be located at the switching field in converter andsubstation if they matched the immunity requirement of this paper.
