大型水电站水轮机蜗壳结构研究

【摘要】 随着水电事业的发展,现在我国在建及将建的水电站机组的单机容量越来越大。单机容量的增加虽然降低了水轮机的成本,但在蜗壳结构的设计、制造、安装、施工及运行等方面却面临许多新的问题,例如蜗壳结构的振动问题和温度荷载对蜗壳结构应力和强度的影响问题等,这些都应该引起充分的重视。 本文结合某大型水电站的实际情况展开研究,共分七章。首先介绍了蜗壳结构各种型式及设计研究现状,然后以有限元分析基本理论为基础,运用通用有限元分析软件SuperSAP和ANSYS建立模型,分别结合相应的模态分析概念、温度分析理论及非线性分析原理对蜗壳结构各种型式进行了多种方案的有限元动静力计算、温度应力及非线性特性分析,并对本课题值得进一步深入研究的一些问题进行了阐述。 本文在建模及计算过程中尽可能真实地模拟钢衬、垫层、混凝土及钢筋等材料,得出了一些有益结论,对其他类似工程具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the hydroelectric industry in our country, now enlarging the unit capacity is the chief tendency. The higher unit capacity, the lower cost, but a series of puzzles in the design, manufacture, erection and operation etc of the spiral case have appeared. More attentions should be paid to the natural frequency of vibration and the temperature stress of the concrete of the spiral case.In accordance with the practice of a large hydropower station, a systematic study has been carried out in this paper. The paper is divided into seven chapters. First, a brief introduction about some main patterns of the spiral case and the general design methods are presented. Then, basing on the finite element theory, a calculation model is set up by using Super SAP and ANSYS. Moreover, A finite element calculation has been performed in the static and dynamic analysis, as well as the temperature stress and nonlinear property, with the leading of the corresponding principles. At last, some suggestions on the further research are proposed.During the modeling and calculating, the simulation of the steel shell, the cushion layer, the concrete and the rebar etc is as accurate as possible in order to reflect the characteristic of the structure. As a result, some useful conclusions are drawn and can be referred to other similar projects.
