电子式电流互感器(ECT)的研究

【摘要】 电流互感器是电力系统中电能计量和继电保护的重要设备,其精度及可靠性与电力系统的安全、可靠和经济运行密切相关。随着国民经济的发展,新的供电电压等级不断提高,系统的测量和保护精度要求不断提高,传统电磁式电流互感器暴露出不可克服的缺点,电子式电流互感器是集电子技术和光学技术为一体的新型光学电流互感器,其高精度、高可靠性、宽频带等特点已经逐渐成为电力行业电磁式电流互感器的替代品。 本文针对电力工业对电子式电流互感器的要求,按照国家相关标准的设计了电子式电流互感器。采用Rogowski线圈作为高压电力线上的传感头,将Rogowski线圈的输出数字化后,通过光纤传送到低压端恢复成原来的模拟信号,实现对高压侧电力母线电流的测量;系统采用低压端控制高压端的方式实现整个工作电路的时序发生和同步协调;利用光纤数字传输系统实现高压部分和低压部分的完全电气隔离和实现信号传输,提高了信号传输的抗干扰性;采用微机接口技术实现微机对电子式电流互感器采集数据进行处理和相应的调整;具有数据输出和模拟输出两种,为后级测量设备和自动化设备提供了良好接口。 实验证明,设计的电子式电流互感器线路简单实用,工作可靠,具有良好的线性度和测量精度,动态测量范围大,响应速度快、带频带等性能。相比与传统的电磁式电流互感器,本设计的电子式电流互感器克服了磁饱和、因存油而引起的易燃易爆等问题,简单有效的解决了高压端与低压端之间绝缘的问题,而且成本低,体积小,频带宽,具有更大的应用前景。

【Abstract】 As important equipment of relay protection and electric energy measure in power system industry, current transducers play a primary role for working well and calculating precisely in power supplying system. Economical and secure operation of power system is closely related with precision and dependability of current transducers. With the development of national economy, the new grade of voltage of power supply is improving constantly, the systematic measurement and precision of protection demand to be improving constantly, the traditional electromagnetic current transducers expose the shortcoming that can’t be overcome, the electronic current transducers is the new-type optical and electronic current transducers which incorporate electronic technology and optical technology into an organic whole, its characteristics, such as high accuracy , high dependability , wide bandwidth ,etc. have already become the substitute of the traditional electromagnetic current transducer in power industry gradually.This text directs against the requisition for the electronic current transducers of power industry, According to the national relevant standard, we design a new type of electronic current transducer. Adopting Rogowski coil as sensor on the high-voltage line, after digitizing the output of Rogowski coil, we convey it to the low-voltage part by digital transmission system, and resume it into original analog signal in" order to realize the measurement of the current of the high-voltage bus. System adopts the way of low-voltage part controlling high-voltage part to realize the synchronization of the two parts. We make use of digital transmission system to realize totally isolate and signal transmission between the high-voltage part and low-voltage part. This method has improved the anti-interference of signal transmission, With the use of the computer interface technology to read the sampling data, we carry on corresponding adjustment to the data-sampling system according to the result of data processing .The electronic current transducer we designed has digital and analogy two dating output ways, which provides good connect with other automation equipments.The experiment proves that the electronic current transducers designed is simple and practical, which have good linear degree and measure precision, and can measure current in the wide range, These current transducers have many virtues, such as response speedily, wide bandwidth etc. Comparing with the traditional electromagnetic current transducers, questions such as being flammable and explosive caused by oil , the magnetism saturation and insulation between the high-voltage and low-voltage, that the electronic current transducer designed has been overcame Because of the low cost, wide bandwidth. Simple and practicality, the electronic current transducers have greater application prospects.
