多站召唤式在线操作票生成系统的研究

【摘要】 开列正确的操作票是正确倒闸操作的前提和关键,也是变电站及电力系统安全稳定运行的保证。随着我国电网自动化水平的不断提高,一个电气操作队需要对所属辖区多个无人值班变电站进行电气倒闸操作,变电站的信息处理也倾向集中与智能化。另外,离线操作票生成系统存在数据一致性差和不能实时监视等缺点。因此,在无人值班变电站的集控中心实行多站在线操作票生成系统已势在必行。 针对现有在线开票系统普遍存在的实时数据可靠性不高和面向多站开票时效率低的问题,本文提出了一种多站召唤式在线操作票生成系统的设计思想和实现方法。具体说,系统的外部硬件结构设计上采用一种SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)主站/调度服务器/开票工作站的三层结构,软件设计由“操作票生成”主线程和“实时数据召唤”子线程组成。系统的实时数据获取基于召唤式启动的方法,即只在特定的一些时刻有选择性地获取相应变电站的相关实时数据,这样既保证了在多站开票时现场和开票系统数据一致性,又大大减轻了网络和服务器的负担。通过采用多线程技术,系统能在本地开票的同时灵活地访问调度主机的实时数据库,既保证了顺利获取实时数据,又防止了单线程可能引起的网络阻塞和本地开票停顿。在数据库访问方面,系统使用了高速而又可靠的网络数据库访问技术——ADO(ActiveX Data Objects)。程序中通过嵌入式调用数据库存储过程,实现一些重复的数据查询和管理,提高了程序的运行效率,减少了网络上数据的传输。另外,系统还引入了实时数据校核机制,提高了数据可靠性和安全性。 多站召唤式在线操作票生成系统目前已在咸宁供电局变电分局投入运行,系统运行可靠、性能稳定,满足变电站电力生产需要。本系统可灵活跟踪现场运行方式和设备状态改变,具有较好的数据一致性和较高的可靠性,且网络和服务器负担小,大大提高了变电站的工作效率和开票的正确率。

【Abstract】 Formatting accurate operation orders is the premise and key for correct switching operation as well as the guarantee for steady performance of substations and power system. With the advancement of the automation level of power network in out nation, one electric operational troop need to finish switching operations of many nobody on duty substations in the same popedom, and the management of information in substations will be apt to centralize and intelligentize. Additionally, off line formation system has some disadvantages including bad data consistency and being incapable of scout real time. So it is imperative to carry out multi-substation on line formation system in central control of nobody on duty substations.The existing online formation system has the disadvantages of poor security of Real-time data and low efficiency of formation orders aiming at multi-substation. Therefore, a novel design philosophy and implement method of calling up online formation system of multi-substation operation orders was brought forward in this paper. The hardware structure of the system based on tri-level configuration including the host of SCADA , dispatching server and formation workstation, and the software structure of system was made up of main-thread of formatting orders and child-thread of obtaining real-time data. The real-time datum obtaining of the system based on calling up method, that is, obtaining dependent real-time datum of the corresponding substation alternatively in some given moments, which not only insure the consistency but also lighten the burden of network and sever greatly. The system can access to real time database of dispatch host flexibly by adopting multi-threads, which not only insure obtaining real time data but preventing network from barrage and formatting order pause caused by single-thread. High speed and credible technology of access to database-ADO(ActiveX Data Objects) was used in this system. The progress realized the repetitive data inquire and manage by inbuild transferring stored procedures of database, which enhance the operating efficiency and decrease the amount of data transmitting in network. In addition, the system enhances the reliability and security of the datum by introducing data checking mechanism.The system has been run in substation of Xianning Electricity Board. Now it is running in gear and meets the need of electric production. The system can scout the change of operating mode and the equipment states on the spot, and it not only has preferable consistency and upper reliability but lower burden of network and sever, which advance the efficiency of substations and the correctness of formation greatly.
