低压电网测控装置的研制

【摘要】 本装置是电力综合自动化系统的重要组成部分。主要用于远方实时的监控,协调及控制电力系统的变压器、断路器等设备,并与自动化主站通信,提供系统运行监控所需的信息,执行主站发出的对系统设备的控制调节命令,实现系统自动化的各项功能。 本文用TI公司的MSP430F149CPU来实施上述方案。它具有RTU或FTU的一些主要功能。本文设计的装置将仪表,控制,通讯等功能集中在一简便、经济的装置中,是集数据测量、状态监视、控制、微机保护、远方通讯等功能于一体的智能化装置,预留CAN总线接口,在电力系统其它设备的配合下工作。它是电力系统保护装置的一部分,并与大多数电力设备兼容。它应用于变电站、电力部门和工业配电系统的主要和备用设备,也可用于变压器、架空线路、电缆线路、电动机和发电机的测控与保护。它是按全室内式设计的,与其它开关设备相配套,可实现真正的全室内式无人值班。

【Abstract】 The device is an essential component of the power multiple automation system .It can remotely and real time monitor, coordinate, control the transformers and circuit breakers etc. in power automation system, and communicates with center computer, offers automation system information which automation needs, executes the instructions which center computer gives.Having put forward to the implementation above-mentioned scheme of the device based on MSP430fl49CPU. The device can also function as RTU or FTU in some key sides. The paper designs a handy and economical device which has in itself all the functions of metering, controlling, communicating, etc. and it is an intelligential device which is provided in itself all the functions of measuring date, monitoring state, controlling, protecting and remote-communicating in co-ordination with others of power protection installation and CANBUS interface, which is kept in reserve in advance. It is a component of a power protection device, and is compatible with most power equipment. It can be used in substation (below 35K.V), power department and the industry distributed system, also in the aerial line and cable circuit, electric- motor and electric generator. It is designed to work indoors and can work with some switches indoors without people.
