瀑布沟地下厂房优化设计和洞室群围岩稳定数值模拟分析

【摘要】 本文根据地下厂房结构特点及大渡河瀑布沟水电站地下厂房洞室群的优化设计,提出了地下厂房洞室的合理布局、优化的喷锚支护方案和适合的施工开挖方式。对各种布置方案、支护措施、施工开挖程序采用三维弹塑性损伤有限元对厂房地下洞室群围岩稳定进行了分析论证。根据数值分析的论证结果,结合工程实际情况,提出了符合工程要求的实施方案,使理论分析与工程实际得到了有机的结合。其主要研究内容如下: (1)地下厂房洞室结构优化设计研究; (2)地下厂房三维初始地应力场反演拟合; (3)地下厂房洞室布局和施工开挖方案合理优化的数值模拟分析方法研究和洞室围岩稳定特性分析; (4)地下厂房洞室锚固支护分析方法研究和锚固支护条件下洞室围岩的稳定特性分析; (5)岩体三维渗流场的分析方法和施工及运行期的渗流场分布规律分析;根据排水廊道和灌浆帷幕布置,分析了渗流作用下洞室围岩稳定情况; (6)通过分析,对结构布置、开挖方式、支护参数的合理性进行了综合评述。根据计算、分析成果,提出合理的技术建议,为实际工程提供了设计依据。

【Abstract】 This paper advances a reasonable layout eptimal spouting concrete anchoragescheme and suitable excavation mode for the undenground Power house caverns ofthe Bubugou hydropower station on the Dadu River according to the characteristicsof the undenground Power house and the optinal design, analyses the stability ofsurrounding rocks of the undenground Power house for the layout schemes,supporting measures and excavation programs using three dimensionalelastico-plaastic finite element method, according to the results of numerical analysiswith the project practice puts forward the project carrying out scheme,makes theconbination of the theoretical analysis and the project practice. The main contents ofstudy in this paper are:(1). Optimal design study of undenground Power house caverns stuructures;(2). Fitted inversion of three demensional initial in situ stress field;(3). Numerical modeling analysis and stability analysis of the surrounding rocks ofthe caverns for the layout of the underground caverns and savtable excavationconstruction;(4). Study of supporting method for the underground caverns and stability analysis ofthe surrounding rocks under the supporting conditions;(5). Analysis method of three demensional rock seepage. Field and analysis ofseapage field distribution in the periods of construction and operation, stabitityanalysis of the surrounding rocks with the seepage according to the layout ofdrainage gallery and curtain grouting;(6). Comprehensive comments on the reasonableness of the structures layout,excavation mode and the supporting parameters and proposals for the project designaccording to the analysis.
