三维有限元数据场的可视化研究

【摘要】 有限元分析过程中产生相当数量的数据信息,将这些数据可视化可以使研究人员能够直接、迅速地观察到计算模拟结果。而AVS软件是一种面向应用的通用可视化系统,它把科学计算可视化技术与计算机能力结合在一起,通过AVS软件提供的模块可以快速开发出一个可视化程序框架。因此笔者在AVS软件的基础上二次开发了三维有限元数据场可视化程序PostCORE。所完成的主要工作及取得的成果为: 首先收集和整理了科学计算可视化技术及可视化技术在有限元中应用的资料,介绍了相关的图形学基本原理和有限元基本理论,总结了AVS/Express高级可视化软件的组成和特点。 其次在AVS软件的基础上开发了三维有限元数据场可视化程序,实现了有限元计算的三维几何模型、网格模型及网格模型的消隐、三维几何模型上任意剖切面的彩色云图、等值线图、位移矢量图、三维几何模型的表面等值线图、等值面图、等值体图、单元收缩图,每个图形中都可以进行数据的交互探查。并且将本程序和Surfer软件分别对同一三维有限元计算数据进行可视化,并将可视化结果进行对比分析,验证了本程序的正确性。 最后,总结了论文的研究工作并提出了进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】 Lots of data are created in the finite element (FE) analysis. When the data are visualized, the FE simulation results can get directly and quickly by researchers. AVS software is a universal visualization system, which links the technique of science computation visualization and the computer’s ability. A visualization program frame can be developed base on the AVS’s module. The author of this thesis developed a program for 3D FE data fields on the base of AVS software, which is named as PostCORE. The main works and achievements completed are as follows:Firstly, the documentation about the technique of science computation visualization and the application of visualization technique in FE are collected and classified. The fundament of graphics and the basic theory of FE are introduced. The element and the feature about the advanced visual AVS/Express software are summarized.Secondly, a visualization program about 3D FE data fields is developed on the base of AVS software. It can create 3D geometry model - mesh model ,. the elimination about the hide line in meshmodek color cloud picture , isoline graph , distance vector graph, surface isoline graph of 3D geometry model, isosurface graph, isovolume graph and cell shrink graph. User may probe data interactively in every graph. Besides, the same calculation data are visualized by the PostCORE program and Surfer software, and a contrast about the same visual graph is made, which prove the correctness of the program.Finally, a conclusion and the discussion about the next study on this topic are given.
