通用型电话网局间信令收发器的设计与实现

【摘要】 近年来,我国的通信系统发展迅速,已经建立了较为完备的电话交换网络体系。在电话网中,用以建立、保持和解除通信关系、完成通信功能的控制规程称为信令方式(信号方式),它是传递电话交换接续所必要的信号,是电话交换网的中枢神经。电话网中采取何种信令方式,与交换局采用的控制技术密切相关。随着交换技术由步进制、纵横制向程控制发展,信令系统也从随路信令向公共信道信令发展。我国目前的电话网是数模混合的,所以我国目前的信令系统也处于随路信令和公共信道信令并存的阶段。随着电话通信网向数字化和智能化发展,由随路信令逐步过渡到公共信道信令是当前我国电话网必须解决的一个问题。 针对上述问题,作者设计并实现了一种通用型电话网局间信令收发器。该设备将公共信道信令系统(No.7信令系统)的分层结构应用于随路信令系统(中国1号信令系统),为交换系统提供了透明的信令传输通道。在无需更改原有任何硬件资源的情况下,实现了由使用1号信令的交换系统向No.7信令系统的平滑过渡,既节约了成本,更为系统的配置提供了灵活的方式。 本文深入研究了信令的收发过程、No.7信令系统及其核心技术,在分析和探讨了全数字程控用户电话交换机技术的基础上,提出了通用型电话信令收发器的设计方案,并对信令收发系统的核心部分——信令业务流程进行了设计与实现。 该信令收发器通过了实际使用测试,测试结果表明,该系统成本低,可靠性高,其技术性能指标均达到ITU—T建议和国家标准。该系统目前已形成产品并投入市场,获得用户好评。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the communication system of our country develops rapidly, and the comparatively complete telephone switch network has been set up. Among telephone network, the control rule of using to establish, keep and release communication relation, finish communication function is called signaling mode (signaling way), it is an essential signal to accomplish telephone exchange, and, it is the nerve centre of telephone switch network. That telephone network takes what kind of signaling mode, is closely related to the exchange control technology that exchange office adopts. With the exchange technology developing fromstep-by-step system to crossbar system then to programmed system, signaling system develops from channel associated signaling (CAS) to common channel signaling (CCS). Our country present telephone network is mixed by digital mode and analogy mode, so our country present signaling system is at the stage of CAS and CCS commixture. As the communication network of the telephone develops to intelligent and digitization, the transition from CAS to CCS of our country telephone network must be solved progressively.To above-mentioned problem, author designed and realized a general telephone exchange office signaling transceiver. It makes layer structure of CCS (No.7 signaling system) apply to CAS (China No. 1 signaling system), offers a clear signaling transmission channel for telephone exchange system. Under the condition of not changing any original hardware resource, the device realizes smooth transition for exchange system from No.l signaling to No.7 signaling, which not only economizes cost, but also offers a flexible way for system disposition.This thesis further investigated signaling receiving and sending process, No.7 signaling system and its key technology. On the basis of analyzing the technology of all digital programmed private branch exchange, put forward the design plan of general telephone signaling transceiver, designed and realized the key part of the signaling transceiver system - signaling call flow.The transceiver passed actual usage testing, the test result indicated that the system is low-cost and high reliability, its all technique performance indexes come up to ITU recommendation and country standard.
