上流式厌氧污泥床处理低浓度城市污水研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程加快,小城市的污水处理问题已提上议事日程,探索适合我国小城市污水处理的经济适用型处理工艺技术已刻不容缓。本文全面论述了厌氧生物法的机理,并在常温下对上流式厌氧污泥床(Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed,简称UASB)反应器处理城市污水进行了中试研究。研究表明:采用处理啤酒废水的UASB反应器的颗粒污泥接种到处理低浓度城市污水的UASB反应器,二次启动在十天内就可以完成;当进水COD浓度在146—442mg/L之间,温度变化范围在21—29℃时,出水的COD浓度在60mg/L以下,COD指标完全可以达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准的B标准:UASB反应器稳定运行后,有比较强的抗冲击负荷能力;UASB工艺对污水中总磷、氨氮去除效率极其有限,因此,要根据污水的最终出路采用合适的后处理工艺。本文还对厌氧法处理小城镇污水的后处理工艺进行了初探,认为人工湿地是一种比较合适的后处理工艺,该工艺和厌氧生物法协同作用,是一种低成本、低能耗、低操作管理要求的污水处理新技术,适合于我国小城市的污水处理。

【Abstract】 With urbanization progress accelerating in our country , townish wastewater treatment became the focus of attention , an economic and proper technology for townish wastewater treatment needs to be studied no time to delay . This paper describes the mechanism of anaerobic microbe purifying wastewater ,and at the same time , pilot plant research was made to investigate the characters of UASB(up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket) dealing with low strength municipal wastewater at normal temperature . Result showed that the secondary start-up of UASB reactor even can be completed within ten days on condition that inoculation sludge was taken from the UASB reactor dealing with brewage wastewater , the COD was lowered from influent 146-442mg/L to effluent 60mg/L at 21-29 , and COD index can meet the priority standard (level B) of Discharge standard of pollutents for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002). result also demonstrated this kind of technology could not effectively remove NH3-N and TP , therefore , the following technology should be adopted according to the effluent final outlet .In this paper the following technology after UASB system was also discussed , artificial wetland is one of the most appropriate technologies . The new technology , which combines UASB and wetland , has the characters of low cost low energy demand and simply management, and suits our country townish wastewater treatment.
