粘钢加固钢筋混凝土轴心受压短柱的试验研究

【摘要】 外部粘贴高强材料加固建筑物,在今天已经广泛的应用于工程当中。特别是粘贴钢板加固,更是一种安全、可靠、经济、快捷的加固方法。 本文主要介绍了粘贴钢板加固轴心受压混凝土短柱的试验过程和试验结果。通过三根未加固短柱的静载对比试验,与六根粘贴钢板加固的短柱(其中一次受力和二次受力构件各三根)的轴心抗压性能进行了对比研究,着重探讨了一次和二次加载对加固的混凝土短柱性能的影响,以及在混凝土短柱的强弱约束区的应力应变的对应关系。试验结果表明,粘贴钢板可有效地加固钢筋混凝土结构,使其承载力提高、受力性能改善,延缓裂缝的开展和提高混凝土的抗压强度。 本文的研究结果不仅完善了钢筋混凝土结构的加固理论,而且对于粘钢加固加固混凝土柱具有重要的实用价值。 全文共分六章。第1章扼要介绍了混凝土加固的目的、一般方法和受力特征以及结构需要加固的主要原因以及粘钢加固的国内外研究状况。第2章介绍了试件的设计与制作、试验加载装置及测量内容。第3章对粘钢加固一次受力和二次受力钢筋混凝土短柱的试验结果进行了分析,并用图表的方式进行了形象细致的对比分析。第4章对粘钢加固一次受力和二次受力钢筋混凝土短柱进行了理论分析,给出了分析方法、步骤及承载力的计算方法,并与实测值进行了比较,两者吻合较好。第5章使用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了粘钢加固混凝土短柱的有限元模型,通过计算机的模拟计算与分析得出了与试验和理论分析相近的结论。第6章归纳总结了前几章,并指出了粘钢加固混凝土短柱施工方面需要注意的地方,同时展望了该加固技术的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Today it is widely applied to engineering reinforce building outside with high-strength material. Especially, it is a safe, reliable, economical and prompt method reinforcing with steel plate.In this article, the author mainly introduced the experimental process and result of axial compressed reinforced concrete short columns with steel plate, in the experiment, 9 short columns specimens were tested including 3 control columns and 3 reinforced ones with Primary loading and 3 reinforced ones with secondary loading. Concrete concentric axial compression property was studied. What’s more, the effect for the property of reinforced concrete short columns with primary loading and secondary loading , the stress and strain relation in the strongly and weakly constrain region were discussed emphasis.The article not only made reinforce theory intensive but also provided applied value in the field of reinforce.This article was divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the author introduce simply reinforce purpose, method, loading character, cause and the current study status at home and aboard. The experimental process design was introduced in the in the second chapter, in the third one, the experimental result was anal sized. The intensive directions were explained with all kinds of figures. In the fourth one, the theory of reinforcing with steel plate was anal sized. Further, the analysis method and steps and design method of bearing capacity were proposed. The theories value was compared with the experimental ones. Obviously, the latter is closed to the former. In the fifth one, the author further studied theories and experimental results with FEA software ANSYS. And come up some good conclusions. In the sixth ones, the above chapters were generalized, notice items were proposed. And the prospect of reinforce technology was expected.
