【摘要】 学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，是一项关系党的事业继往开来、与时俱进的战略任务。要学好“三个代表”重要思想，必须深入分析“三个代表”重要思想产生的新的历史背景，挖掘其涵盖的新内容，从而在认识其历史贡献上达到新的高度，自觉贯彻执行，这样才能在实践中取得新成效。 “三个代表”重要思想产生于新的历史背景。第一，当今国际形势的新变化：时代主题未变，新问题此起彼伏。冷战结束后，国际局势发生深刻变化。虽然和平与发展仍是时代的主题，但新问题很多，世界多极化和经济全球化的趋势在曲折中发展，霸权主义和强权政治有新的表现，恐怖主义危害上升，世界还很不安宁。科技进步日新月异，极大地改变了世界，由此带来更激烈的竞争。第二，当今中国国情的新发展：所处阶段未变，新情况层出不穷。虽然中国正处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段。但20世纪90年代以后，在政治、经济、社会生活等方面发生了许多深刻变动。第三，当今中国党情的新情况：执政地位未变，新任务接连不断。虽然中国共产党处于执政党的地位，但其自身建设同新形势下新任务已不相适应，腐败问题、新老交替问题亟待解决。第四，当今中国领导人的新境界：坚持马克思主义理论未变，新认识与时俱进。江泽民同志是与时俱进、开拓创新的光辉典范，他站在历史发展和时代要求的高度，敏锐把握国际国内形势的发展变化，进行理论创新，开辟了马克思主义发展的新境界。 “三个代表”重要思想涵盖了新的内容。第一，“三个代表”重要思想的理论内核。“中国共产党必须始终代表中国先进生产力的发展要求，代表中国先进文化的前进方向，代表中国最广大人民的根本利益。”这是对“三个代表”重要思想集中概括。第二，“三个代表”重要思想的本质。牢牢把握立党为公、执政为民，一切以最广大人民利益为根本出发点和落脚点。第三，“三个代表”重要思想是一个与时俱进的科学体系。“三个代表”重要思想全面体现党的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领和基本经验，在改革发展稳定、内政外交国防、治党治国治军各个方面，提出了一系列紧密联系、相互贯通的新思想、新观点、新论断，构成了一个系统的科学理论。 “三个代表”重要思想新的贡献。第一，“三个代表”重要思想是马克思主义中国化进程中的第三块里程碑。改革开放以来20多年、特别是十三届四中全会以来13年，“三个代表”重要思想坚持和继承了马克思主义理论，面对前进道路上遇到的新情况、新问题，大胆探索，进一步深化了对中国特色社会主义的认识。使马克思主义中国化出现了第三次理论飞跃。第二，“三个代表”重要思想是实现中华民族伟大复兴的强大思想武器。首先，“三个代表”重要思想是全面建设小康社会的行动纲领;其次，“三个代表”重要思想是新形势下指导党的建设的基本方针;再次，“三个代表”重要思想增强中华民族凝聚力的纽带;最后，“三个代表”重要思想是推进人的全面发展的思想动力。第三，“三个代表”重要思想是求真务实的典范。更多还原
