【摘要】 在信息技术和网络技术飞速发展的今天，如何利用现代化技术管理和开发馆藏档案信息，为用户提供优质的服务是目前档案界研究的热点。在众多馆藏资源中，以影像为表达方式的照片档案以其形象性、生动性、直观性等特点倍受用户欢迎。而建设基于Web的大容量、高速度、稳定安全的照片档案数据库是照片档案信息管理与开发利用的最佳解决方案。 本文充分结合照片档案的自身特点，根据用户和档案馆的需求，对照片档案数据库建设过程中的一些问题进行了研究，并提出解决方案。 全文共分五个部分： 1．照片档案数据库建设的意义。在分析照片档案的特点、管理和利用现状的基础上，阐述了建设照片档案数据库的意义和作用。 2．照片档案数据库的功能定位。分别对用户与档案馆的需求进行了深入分析，据此确定照片档案数据库功能所包含的内容。 3．照片档案数据库建设的关键问题。分析照片档案数据库建设过程中的关键问题——前期数据准备、格式选用、存储方案、数据描述、动态发布、信息安全等，并提出了一些解决方案。 4．照片档案数据库的实现。简单介绍了数据库与表单的建立以及查询的实现。 5．结束语。对全文进行简单的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, information technology and network technology are developed at full speed, how to use modernized technology to manage and exploit the archives collection and offer high-quality services to users is becoming a focus on archival research. Among numerous collection resources, the photo archives taking image as expression way are welcomed by users for their vividness. It is the best solution to manage and exploit the photo archives by building the database based on Web with large capacity, high speed and safe stability .Fully combining the photo archives’ characteristic and according to the demand of the users and the archives, this dissertation has a study on some questions in the construction of the photo archives database.The dissertation is divided into five parts:1. The meaning of the construction of the photo archives database . On the basis of analysing the characteristic of the photo archives and their current situation of managing and utilizing , the dissertation explains the meaning and function of the construction of the photo archives database .2. Functional demand of the photo archives database . By deeply analysing the demands of the users and archives separately, the dissertation confirms the function demand of the photo archives database.3. Key problems on the construction of the photo archives database . Analyse the problems in construction of the photo archives database -The data prepared, the form selected , store project, data description, active published and information safety etc. This dissertation puts forward some solutions.4. Realization of the photo archives database. Introduce the setting-up of the database and form and the realization of the inquiry briefly.5. Conclusion .更多还原
