【摘要】 社会主义公有制与市场经济可以兼容，两者都是社会化大生产的产物，社会主义公有制内部存在商品交换关系，公有制的本质利益关系与市场经济的本质利益关系具有形式上的一致性，市场经济不属于社会制度的范畴。社会主义公有制与市场经济必须兼容，两者的兼容是现代商品经济发展的客观结果，是坚持和巩固社会主义公有制的内在要求，是经济全球化条件下的现实选择，是国内外经济发展实践经验的总结。国有经济由于受传统的计划经济体制影响最深，与市场经济既有相容性又有矛盾性，是社会主义公有制与市场经济兼容的难点。只要坚持公有制的主体地位和国有经济的主导作用，调整国有经济的布局，改革国有经济的实现形式，建立现代企业制度，就可以实现国有经济与市场经济的有效结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The socialist public ownership and market economy, which are both the outcome of large-scale social production, is compatible. In socialist public ownership there exist commodity exchange relations. The essential interests relations of public ownership and market economy are the same in form. Market economy is not a social-system related concept. Socialist public ownership and market economy are compatible, and the integration of the two is the inevitable results of the development of modern commodity economy, the inherent requirement of sticking to and reinforcing socialist public ownership, the wise choice under economic globalization, the experience accumulated from economic development home and abroad. State-owned economy is deeply influenced by planned economic system. State-owned economy is one the one hand compatible with market economy and on the other hand in contradiction with it, which is the difficulty in integrating socialist public ownership and market economy. So long as we insist on the leading status of the public ownership as the mainstay and the leading role of state-owned economy, adjust the overall arrangement of state-owned economy, reform the ways to develop state-owned economy, and establish modern enterprise system, the integration of state-owned economy and market economy can be effected.更多还原
