沥青路面应力计算与分析

【摘要】 随着我国现代化建设的不断发展,我国高速公路建设取得了前所未有的成绩。与此同时,路面早期破坏问题也日益严重地暴露出来,影响了道路的正常使用。 路面早期破坏的频繁发生除了与设计施工、气候等因素有关外,还与车辆荷载情况有很大关系。车辆荷载情况包括竖向荷载,水平荷载的情况,以及是否超载等。 本文分析以往沥青路面设计中采用圆形垂直均布荷载的不足,采用任意次旋转抛物面的竖向荷载,并考虑单向水平荷载的作用,根据采用常用的弹性层状体系理论的计算程序对这种荷载进行应力分析。 在分析半刚性基层沥青路面的应力情况时,对竖向荷载采用不同荷载类型系数,对水平荷载采用不同摩擦系数,同时考虑超载情况下,不同轴载对应的不同胎压的影响。 针对超载对半刚性基层沥青路面的影响,本文分析了路面结构和路面材料变化对克服超载不利影响的作用,进而提出了一系列路面结构和材料方面的措施。

【Abstract】 In the development of our modernization construction, a great deal of highway have been built in our country. In the same time, the effects that a lot of damage happen in early phase make the highway can not be used normally.That a lot of damage happen in early phase is because of not only construction, design or climate, but also the condition of vehicle load. The vehicle load includes vertical and horizontal load. This paper especially thinks of the influence of over-load.According to analyses of the shortcomings of vertical load distributing evenly on the circle area which is often used in the design of highway, this paper uses the vertical load distributing like arbitrarily revolving paraboloid and single direction horizontal load. Program based on elastic layer system is used to calculate the stress in the asphalt pavement with semi-rigidity subbase, when vertical load uses vary load style modulus, horizontal load uses vary friction modulus and over-load happens.This paper analyzes the effects of the structure and material of the pavement work on the stress. Then, in order to reduce the adverse influence of over-load, some design measures of the structure and material of the pavement are presented.
