电弧喷涂工艺及喷涂涂层性能的研究

【摘要】 有些零件由于要承受较大的冲击载荷和循环应力,往往会发生损坏,而损坏的形式一般不是断裂,而是表面失效,如磨损或疲劳点蚀等。由于大型轴的造价一般都比较高,这就使得修复具有较高的经济价值和实用性。 本文对大型零件的失效进行了分析,通过对邵阳市水轮发电机厂的现场调研,对水轮机主传动轴的损坏情况进行研究分析,发现其主要的失效形式是磨损。而这种磨损失效形式比较适合用喷涂方式加以修复。 通过比较现有的各种不同修复方式的特点后,确定采用电弧喷涂修复方案。在分析电弧喷涂工艺对涂层质量影响的基础上,对大型轴件的电弧喷涂修复工艺进行了研究,并对电弧喷涂工艺参数进行了优化。选定优化的电弧喷涂工艺参数为:电弧电压36V~38V,电弧电流为180~200A,压缩空气压力为0.3~0.4Mpa,喷涂距离为150mm。 本文对喷涂涂层的性能进行了实验研究,对1Crl3、3Crl3、T8涂层材料的制备,在优化工艺条件下对涂层的金相、硬度、涂层结合强度、耐蚀性及耐磨性进行了相应的试验,并进行了分析研究,研究表明:电弧喷涂3Crl3涂层具有非常高的耐磨性和一定的耐蚀性,非常适用于对大型轴件的修复及表面强化,在实际修复工艺中应优先选用;1Crl3涂层的耐磨性和耐蚀性也比较好,适用于对耐磨性要求不高的轴件进行修复;T8涂层的耐蚀性较差,主要用来对一般轴件进行尺寸的恢复。

【Abstract】 Some large-size shaft are not breaking normally because of bear greater impact load and circulating stress and often occur the form that damages and damages , and are that surface becomes invalid , as wear or exhausted point lose etc, . Since the cost of large-size shaft is compared normally high, this makes restore to have higher economic value and practicality.This paper the for large-size shaft become invalid to go on analysis, pass for Shao Yang the investigation on-the-spot of the positive city factory of water dynamo, for the main power transmission shaft of water turbine damage condition study and analysis , discover its major invalid form is abrasion. And it is restored that this kind of wear invalid form suits fairly to use spray way.After restoring the characteristic of way through comparing existing various differences, determine to restore scheme with the spray of electric arc. It is studied that on the foundation that the analysis spray technology of electric arc affects for coat quality, the spray of electric arc for the of large scale axle restores technology and has gone on , and for the spray technology of electric arc, parameter has carried out optimization. Choose the spray technology parameter of electric arc of optimization is: The arc voltage is 36V~38V, the current of electric arc reduces for 180~200A, the stress of air is 0. 3~0. 4Mpa, the spraying distance is 150 mm.This paper tests research for the performance of spray coat , is for the preparation of ICr13, 3Cr13 and T8 coat material , combines strength under optimization technology condition for coat, hardness and the union intensity of coat , endure to lose sex and have carried out corresponding experiment, and analysis research , study to show: the 3Crl3 coating has extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is the most suitable material to repair shaft and strengthen the surface. When repairing we should select it firstly. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ICr13 is also good, we can use it in repairing the shaft which is not highly demanded. The T8 coating has the worst property of wear resistance, it corrodes much more easily than 3Crl3 and 1Cr13. We can use it to resume the measurement of shaft.
