FPGA在水轮机组效率测量仪中的应用研究

【摘要】 智能仪器是含有微处理器的、具有一定智能性的测量仪器。近年来,得益于微电子技术的迅速发展,微处理器的功能不断增强。采用新型器件完善仪器的测量功能和提高仪器的测量精度是当前测量仪器研究发展的方向。 本文针对一种传统的测量水轮机组流量的方法—流速仪法存在的问题,采用FPGA芯片技术,使得电路结构的简化和测量的高精度成为可能。文中介绍了采用FPGA芯片进行系统设计的一般方法步骤和LONWORKS现场总线技术的相关内容;在此基础上,以水轮机组效率测量仪的设计为例,深入讨论了FPGA内部功能电路的实现;最后通过实际测量证实了该方法的正确性。 全文共分六章,前三章是本文的理论基础,主要包括水轮机组效率测量的原理、FPGA芯片的结构和开发流程以及LONWORKS现场总线技术等内容,第四、五章是本文的核心,详细论述了效率测量仪功能模块的实现,并就开发过程中遇到的一些问题进行了讨论;第六章为结论和展望,该章节总结了仪器设计值得借鉴的地方以及存在的不足,指出了下一步工作的重点。 本文对于利用FPGA芯片进行系统设计的研究人员具有一定的参考价值,也可以作为LONWORKS现场总线智能节点开发的参考资料。

【Abstract】 Intelligent instrument is a measurement that has a microprocessor inner and behaves intelligently. Recently, owing to the development of microelectronic technology, microprocessor’s power increases quickly. It has become current interest of measurement research to improve instrument’s ability and precision by new devices.Attribute to the limitation of conventional current-meter measurement, we introduce FPGA technology in the design of hydrogenerator efficiency measurement. The application of FPGA chip makes it possible to improve system’s precision and simples the circuit architecture. First contents about LONWORKS field-bus technology and methods of system design using FPGA chips are referred in the paper. On the base, the implementation of circuits in the FPGA chip is shown about efficiency measure of hydrogenerator. At the end, the result of measure tests the success of application.The paper is divided into six chapters. The forth three chapters are theoretical part including theory of hydrogenerator efficiency measurement, contents of LONWORKS field-bus , frame of the system and characteristic and developing procedure about selected FPGA chip. The fourth and the fifth chapters, mainly describe the hardware and software of hydrogenerator efficiency measurement, is the core of the paper. Some question worthy to pay attentin has been discussed deeply. In last chapter we draw conclusions for the system design and prospect next steps for the future.The paper maybe value to those who ready to use FPGA chips in their designs or be reference for development of neuron node based on LONWORKS field-bus technology.
