三维城市模型的构建及其在规划中的应用研究

【摘要】 三维可视化技术是“数字城市”的核心技术之一,三维GIS已成为当前GIS研究、发展和应用的一个热点。三维可视化技术实现了在城市三维场景中信息的查询与分析,使得城市三维景观不仅仅能为用户提供视觉上的感受,让用户对城市规划建设具有感性认识,更使得决策者、设计师和用户对城市规划现状和规划设计蓝图有更为生动、客观和理性的了解和认识,从而拓宽城市规划、设计和管理人员的视角,使城市规划、基础设施设计更加科学化,对于城市可持续发展研究有重要意义。论文结合有关课题,对三维城市模型的构建、三维可视化技术及其在城市规划领域的应用进行了初步研究。 首先,就三维GIS当前国内外发展的现状进行了简单的研究和比较。对城市空间地物信息进行了详细的分类,在此基础上提出了三维空间数据的组织方法。 其次,重点研究了三维城市模型的构建,包括三维地形模型的建立,卫星影像与三维地形模型的融合。提出了纹理库和模型库的思想,确立了城市景观建筑物三维重建的整体思路。 然后,基于三维GIS开发软件-VRMap SDK2.0,使用组件式的开发思想,研制了一个三维可视化平台。它的主要功能是:城市三维场景快速漫游,建筑实体的图、属查询,场景对象的编辑、修改等。 最后,结合三维可视化平台的功能,对平台在规划管理中的具体应用进行了介绍。

【Abstract】 Visualization in city 3D scene is core technique of Digital-City. 3D Geographical Information System has become a hot pot in research, development and application of GIS at present. Visualization in city 3D scene realizes information’s query and analysis in 3D city scene, based on which it not only provides vision taste for user, make user have geist cognition for city construction, but also make decision-maker, designer and user have more lifelike, impersonal and rational cognition for status in quo of layout and blueprint of design. So it is significant for the research of city sustainable development because visualization in city 3D scene widen the view of city planner, designer and manager, make urban planning and base establishment design are more reasonable and scientific. Combined with the concerned item, the 3D reconstruction of city model, visualization in city 3D scene and its applications in urban planning were researched in this paper.Firstly, simple research and comparison was performed aiming at the research condition of 3D GIS home and abroad. Classified the spatial feature in city, based on which a way to organize the spatial data was put forward.Secondly, put more emphasis on the reconstruction of 3D city model, which involves the 3D terrain and the fuse of Ikonos and terrain. The idea of texture lab and model lab and the unitary thought of city landscape’s 3D reconstruction were put forward.Thirdly, using the component-based technology, the paper developed a 3D visualization platform based on the 3D software developing system - VRMap SDK2.0. The main function of the system is below: high-speed travel of 3D municipal scene, graphic and contribute query of construct entity, edit and modify of the feature of scene.Finally, introduce the application of 3D visualization platform in urban planning combined with its function.
