关于集宁地区小学教师师德自我评价的研究

【摘要】 基础教育师资力量的强弱,主要反映在教师的综合素质上。教师的综合素质是教育成败的关键因素,而师德是教师综合素质的核心。本文力图通过对集宁地区小学教师师德的研究,了解当前我国从事基础教育教师的综合素质。如何使教育主管部门以及从事基础教育的教育工作者深刻的认识到师德建设的重要性,如何提高教育工作者的综合素质,是目前我国基础教育亟待解决的问题,也是本文要阐述的核心内容。 论文以问卷、座谈、访谈等方式对集宁地区小学教师师德自我评价中存在的主要问题进行了调查、分析、研究,探讨了师德建设中产生问题的原因,提出了几点提高集宁地区小学教师师德水平的建议:一、提高教师的思想认识,坚定职业理想和教育信念,做素质型教师;二、改善教师职业道德行为和习惯;三、提高教师心理健康水平,形成良好师德修养;四、提高政府及教育行政管理部门对小学师德工作的重视程度;五、加强集宁教师进修学校及其教研室的职能作用;六、充分利用各个小学的家长学校,提高家长的思想认识;七、设立奖励机制,量化师德指标。

【Abstract】 The strength of the power of our elementary school teachers is mainly reflected in their comprehensive qualities .The teachers’ comprehensive quality is the key factor of education, and their morals are the core of their qualities. To comprehend the comprehensive quality of the teachers engaged in teaching, the article have done come research on the teachers’ morals in Jining’s elementary schools. How to make the department that is responsible for the education and the teachers who are engaged in elementary education deeply realize the importance of teachers’ morality construction and how to improve the comprehensive qualities of education workers are the main problems that urgently needs to be solved, and also the very core of this article.Through questionnaire, informal discussion, interview, and so on, the thesis has investigated, analyzed and studied the main problems existing in the self-evaluate of elementary school teachers’ morals in lining. It also probes into the reasons for problems of the teachers’ morality construction. According to the above, the article puts forward several suggestions on how to improve the teachers’ morality construction level of Jining’s elementary schools:First, Improve the teachers’ ideologies and firm their occupational ideal and educational belief, to be qualified teachers.Second, Improve the teachers’ occupational morality behavior and habits.Third, Raise the level of the teachers’ mental health, form good self-cultivation.Fourth, Improve the degree of valuing the elementary school teachers’ morality granted by government and the administrative and management department of education.Fifth, Strengthen the function of the advanced training school for teachers and the teaching & research section in Jining.Sixth, Make full use of the parents’ school in every elementary, improve the parents’ ideologies level.Finally, Establish encourage and reward system and quantify the indication of teachers’ morals.
