过程完整化教学模式实践研究

【摘要】 当前,在课堂上落实课程标准成为全国新一轮课程改革中的热点、难点问题。长期以来,在我国教育教学改革中,人们的注意力过分集中到教学方法的改革、教学手段的改进和教学内容的更新以及教学形式的变更上,却很少从教育者的“学”的角度研究教学过程。 《基础课程改革纲要(试行)》和各门课程标准的新精神、新理念大力倡导“自主、合作、探究”教学,同时也是对传统的“教师讲、学生听”的教学模式的一种批判,是对崭新的教学模式的热切呼唤。 我国三年的课改实践说明,要实现“自主、合作、探究”教学,不但需要教育理念更新,更需要相应的教学模式。生成并推广十多年的实践表明,过程完整化教学模式(简称新教学模式)具有“自主、合作、探究”功能,能实现“教学内容的呈现方式、学生的学习方式、教师的教学方式和师生互动方式”变革;能落实知识与技能/过程与方法/情感态度价值观三维课程目标。 我在高中物理教学中实施新模式,进行了一年的实验研究,通过对学生的问卷调查、学生学习成绩质量分析和实例举证法表明,新教学模式的实施极大地激发了学生的学习积极性、减轻了学习负担、提高了学习成绩。同时表明,新教学模式的实施对缩小差生面,提高学生的学习水平是有益的,它有利于学生的学业进步。 在进行实验的一年中,我的感受是很深的,自身的变化也很显著。进一步认识到,教学改革的问题,说到底就是教学模式的改革问题。陶·哈斯巴根教授构建的新教学模式是能够落实国家课程标准的一种较好的教学模式。使用新教学模式使学生自己建构知识、体验某些科学研究过程成为可能,能够促进学生主动参与教学活动,使他们经历构建新概念、新规律的完整地学习过程,能够落实培养学生健全人格、健康个性和创新意识、创新精神、创新能力的要求。

【Abstract】 , Currently, the popular and difficult problem in the new reformation of curricula is to fulfill the curricula standard at the classroom. During the long period, more attention has been paid on the reformation of teaching methods, the improvement of teaching measures, the update of teaching contents and the changing of teaching forms. But few people have been concentrated on the teaching process from the aspect of those who are studying.The new ideas put forward by the compendium of basic curricula reformation (trying out) and all curricula standards are advocating the independent, cooperative and disquisitive teaching mode. The idea is a kind of animadversion on the conventional education mode in which the teachers teach and the students listen to them. Also, it is the urgent appeal for the new teaching mode.The curricula reformation experience through the last three years shows that fulfilling the independent, cooperative and disquisitive teaching needs not only the update of teaching theory but also the relevant teaching mode. The practice has showed that the teaching mode of integrated process (the new teaching mode for short) is independent, cooperative and disquisitive, which can fulfill the reformation about therepresentation of the teaching content, the studying method of the students, the teaching method of the teachers and the interactive way between the teachers and the students. The new teaching mode is a kind of three-dimensional mode in which there are knowledge and technology, process and method, feeling and attitude.I have put the new mode in practice in the senior high school. During the one year of researching, I have done the students questionnaire, analyzed the quality of the students grade and some examples. All of these show that the practice of the new teaching mode inspires largely the activity of the students, alleviates their burden and improves their grade. At the same time, the practice of the new teaching mode helps to reduce the number of poor students, to improve the studying level of the students and to make the progress of their studying.During the last year of experience, I felt deeply and made remarkable changes. Further, I felt that the essential problem of the teaching reformation was the reformation of the teaching mode. The new teaching mode constructed by the professor Tao.Hasbagen is a kind of better teaching mode that can fulfill the curricula standard of our country. The mode makes it possible for the students to construct their knowledge andexperience some research. Further, the new mode promotes the studentsto participate actively in the teaching and makes them experience theprocess in which the students construct the new concept and rule of thestudying. Besides, the new mode fosters the healthy personality and good character of the students, while helping the students to develop the consciousness of creation, the spirit of creation and the ability of creation.
