新型硫脲基树脂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 本文总结了功能高分子及离子交换树脂的研究现状,应用高分子设计方法及缩聚理论,设计并合成出新型螯合树脂—硫脲基树脂(PTS)。系统研究了新型硫脲基树脂及中间体乙氧羰基异硫氰酸酯的合成工艺。乙氧羰基异硫氰酸酯采用相转移催化法合成,选用DMA作催化剂。在硫脲基树脂的合成过程中,进行了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等合成条件实验;讨论了影响预缩聚及树脂功能基化的因素,得出最佳工艺条件:环氧氯丙烷和四乙烯五胺按一定比例预聚2h,然后在80℃下缩聚成胺基骨架树脂(PET);然后在温度为60℃,以水作溶剂,将PET与乙氧羰基异硫氰酸酯发生功能基化反应,可得到PTS系列树脂。热重分析、元素分析及红外光谱结果表明,该树脂含有硫脲基团,达到了预期设计的结构,且热稳定性较好。 以含有Cu2+、Fe3+离子溶液为研究对象,系统考察了PTS系列树脂对两种离子的吸附性能,结果表明,PTS系列树脂对Cu2+离子表现出优异的吸附性能;且PTS系列树脂中PTS-1树脂的吸附性能最优。PTS-1树脂的吸附实验表明,当温度为30℃、pH为4.5时,PTS-1树脂对Cu2+的平衡吸容量高达1.67mmol/g(树脂),并且PTS-1树脂对溶液中Cu2+、Fe3+具有良好的分离性能。

【Abstract】 The research situation of functional polymers for seperaton and ion exchanger resins were reviewed. According to the method of polymer design and theory of polymeriation , a new kind of ligand resin (thiourea resin) was synthesized . The preparation process of thiourea resin was systemtically studied and the effections of reactants ratio, temperature, reaction time, et al. on the reaction were investigated, and the favorable process was concluded. Epichlorohydrin prepolyed with tetrathylene pentamine by certain ratio for two hours, followed by polycondensating at 80℃ to obtain bone-resins (PET) containing -NH and -NH2 . At 60 ℃ the PET resin continually reacted with ethoxycarbonyl isothiocyante which was synthesized with DMA as a phase-transfer catalysis under cool temperature in water and the thuourea resins(PTS) were produced. By the determination of Infared Spectra, element analysis and thermal-weight analysis it was showed that PTS resins which had character group -HN-C( =S) N- were of good thermal stability and they conformed to the demand of design.Solution containing Cu2+ ion and Fe3+ ion were selected as sample to study the adsorption properties of Cu2+ ion and Fe3+ ions by PTS resins . The results showed that the adsorption capacity of PTS for Cu2+ was higher than that for Fe3 + in acidity solution . At 30℃, pH =4.5 the balance adsorption capacity of PTS-1 for Cu2+ion was 1.67mmol/g and its saturated adsorption capacity was 2.24mmol/g obtained by Languir equation. The research also showed PTS-1 can be used as good reagent to separate Cu2+ ion from Fe3+ ion solution at pH 4.5 and 30℃.
