自动化先进控制实验室现场总线控制系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文以自动化综合性先进控制实验系统建设为研究背景,提出基于PROFIBUS总线的控制方案,构建了先进控制实验系统,并实现了先进控制实验系统的网络化。围绕这个课题,重点深入研究了以下几个方面的问题: 本文首先介绍PROFIBUS总线的通信机制,研究主站与从站、主站与主站之间的通信原理,然后结合先进控制实验系统的具体控制对象,阐述系统控制方案的具体实现、网络组态和人机界面开发。该系统组态灵活、配置方便,具有综合性、层次性、多功能性等特点。 其次,针对系统设备多样化、通信协议不统一的情况,为了实现非标准PROFIBUS总线通信接口的设备与现场总线的顺利通信,本文开发了带多协议转换功能的PROFIBUS总线从站接口通信模块,并且将嵌入式实时操作系统RTX51引入到接口通信模块的设计中,解决了多任务程序设计的繁琐性,提高了接口通信模块的实时性和通信可靠性。 最后,本文以先进控制实验系统的直流电机调速子系统为对象,针对直流调速系统具有非线性、参数时变等特点,研究了单神经元自适应PID控制算法在电机控制系统中的应用。系统运行结果表明,采用该算法提高了直流电机的控制精度、参数自适应性、抗干扰性。本文还介绍基于PC和可编程控制器的两级计算机控制直流调速系统构成,研究了两级控制系统中PC机和PLC之间的通信机制,实现了直流电机调速子系统的就地监控。

【Abstract】 Taking the construction of comprehensive advanced automatic control experiment system as research background, a control scheme is presented based on PROFIBUS, and an advanced control experiment system is established to realize the network of the system in this paper. Surrounding this subject, many questions are further studied as follows.Firstly, the communication mechanism of PROFIBUS is introduced in this paper, and the communication principle between a master station and a slave station or between master stations is studied. Then we combine the specific control object of advanced experiment system to elaborate the specific realization of scheme, network configuration and man-machine interface development. The system is comprehensive, level, versatile and can be configured flexibly.Secondly, because the system equipments are varied and communication protocol is not uniform, we develop a PROFIBUS slave station interface module with multi-protocol conversion function, in order to realize the communication between the equipment without PROFIBUS interface and fieldbus, and we apply the embedded real time operating system RTX51 into the interface communication module, which solves the complexity of much task programming, raises communication reliability and the real time of interface communication module.Finally, according to nonlinear and time-varying parameter of the speed control subsystem of DC motor of advanced experiment system, single neuron self-adaptive PID arithmetic is studied in the control system of the electrical machinery in this paper. The result shows that the control precision and parameter adaptability, anti-interference of DC motor is improved after using this arithmetic. The construction of control system of two grades of computer is expressed, and the communication of PC and PLC of this system is studied in this paper, and the speed control subsystem of DC motor is controlled on the spot.
