非开挖定(导)向钻进钻孔轨迹的优化设计及其应用研究

【摘要】 随着人们对环境保护和文明施工的日渐重视,非开挖铺设地下管线技术逐渐被人们所喜爱并且取得了巨大发展,目前,非开挖技术已经被国际建筑行业公认为是一个很有发展前景的分支。本文在分析各种非开挖施工技术的基础上,选择了目前非开挖技术领域内效果显著、发展前景较好的定(导)向钻进技术作为研究对象,运用优化设计方法,对其钻孔轨迹进行了系统的研究,其主要内容如下: 1、分析了非开挖定(导)向钻进技术的基本原理及钻孔轨迹的基本特点,指出了传统的钻孔轨迹设计方法存在的主要缺点; 2、对定(导)向钻孔轨迹的物理模型进行的数学抽象,得出了钻孔轨迹和地下障碍物一般的函数关系,并运用样条函数构造出一般的钻孔轨迹的数学方程; 3、根据优化设计原理,提出了寻找最优的钻孔轨迹方程的优化设计方法,并编制了相应的实现程序。 最后,通过在工程实例中的验证,证明了采用三次样条函数方法构造定(导)向钻孔轨迹方程和运用优化设计方法对钻孔轨迹进行优化设计是一种较好的方法,它可以方便地得出性能比较好的钻孔轨迹,一方面:这种方法可以在实际工程中进行应用,有效的指导工程施工;另一方面:这种方法对以后的自备式、智能化定(导)向钻进技术的研究会有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 With the human being’s focus on the environmental protection and project constructed culturally, trenchless technologies, appreciated by the people in all fields, have been made a great development in the past few years. At present, they have been regarded as a very prosperous branch of the construction by the international construction field. On the basis of the analyzing about all kind of no-dig methods, the horizontal directional drilling(HDD) and horizontal guided drilling(HGD) technologies, the most efficient and prosperous categories, are selected by the author as research target, the author gives a systematical research on the drilling trail of HDD and HGD by the means of optimal design method.The main contents of this dissertation are followed: 1?With the analyzing on the fundamental theory and the main characters of HDD and HGD, the author points out the shortcomings about the traditional design method;2?The author analyzes the drilling trail of HDD and HGD, formulates the links between the drilling trail and the position of the block beneath the horizon, and gives the functional formula about drilling trail with the spline function methods;3?With the application of the optimal design method, the author gives the method of searching the optimal drilling trail. At the same time, its correspondent software is programmed.Finally, with the assessment in the practical application, the formula by the spline function and the application of the optimal design method in the drilling trail of HDD and HGD proved to be a good way. In general, the drilling trail with some perfect performances is able to be achieved. These achievements will have two aspect meanings: on the one hand, if this method can be used in the practical construction, the HDD and HGD project would be more convenient and efficient, on the other hand, the method will be some guiding meanings to the automatic construction of HDD and HGD.
