【摘要】 Web GIS是当前GIS发展中的一个热点，它是利用互联网技术来扩展和完善地理信息系统的一项新技术，其核心是在地理信息系统中嵌入HTTP和TCP／IP标准的应用体系，实现互联网环境下的空间信息管理等地理信息系统功能。 本文从Internet对GIS的影响出发，首先介绍了Web GIS的概念，基本原理，然后较为详细地论述了Web GIS系统开发的各种方法，如CGI、ISAPI、Plug-in、ActiveX、Java等技术，以及当前主要的Web GIS应用平台，并着重介绍了MapXtreme for java平台的技术结构特点。 文章最后介绍了以MapXtreme for java为平台，以JBuilder为开发工具，以中南大学校本部电子地图为数据，开发的一个客户端应用程序——CSU_WEB GIS1.0。该应用程序是以Java Applet为核心技术，结合MapXtreme for java平台提供的API，来实现电子地图的网上发布。CSU_ WEB GIS1.0实现了一些基本的地图功能，如放大，缩小，漫游，以及空间查询，鹰眼导航等高级功能。并在本机上进行了电子地图的网上发布的测试，结果达到了预期的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Web GIS is a hotspot during GIS development currently, and it is a new technology which extends and consummates Geographical Information System using internet technology. Its core technology is to embed the HTTP and TCP/IP standard into Geographical Information System and accomplish manage the spatial information in the environment of internet and other function of Geographical Information System.This article starts with the affection of internet on GIS , introduces the conception and basic principle of Web GIS firstly, then dissertates the methods of developing Web GIS such as CGI?IS API?Plug-in?ActiveX? Java ect and the main platform of Web GIS in detail relatively, and it emphasis on introducing the structure of MapXtreme for java.At last, the article introduces a client application named CSU_WEB GIS1.0 which is developed by JBuilder using the digital map of the campus of Central South University based on the platform of MapXtreme for java. The application uses Java Applet as the core and combines the API provided by MapXtreme for java to issue the digital map on the web. CSU_WEB GIS1.0 has finished some basic function of the map such as zoom in,zoom out, pan ect, and some advanced function such as spatialquery, navigation ect.And it has been tested the issue of the digital map on the web in the machine, the result is as the expected.更多还原
