GIS技术在城市地下管线管理中的应用

【摘要】 地下管线是城市的重要基础设施,它的安全运行是现代化城市高效率、高质量运转的保证。城市地下管线现状资料是城市规划、建设和管理的基础资料,只有尽快、全面、系统地掌握地下管线现状,才能为开发利用地下空间,如地下工程的规划、设计、施工及运行管理等提供完整的基础数据。数字化的地下管线信息在制定切实可行、技术先进和经济合理的城市规划设计与管理方案中有着重要的作用。所以数字化的城市地下管线管理是现代化城市管理的不可或缺的组成部分。但是目前因种种原因,城市地下管线的管理存在若干问题。例如,由于地下管线现状资料的缺漏和偏差以及传统管理方式的低效率,在施工中损坏地下管线从而导致停水、停电、通讯中断等事故的例子屡见不鲜;而有些道路及管线工程无法按设计进行施工,不得不在现场修改设计方案的事也经常发生。 本文首先阐述了GIS的基本概念及其在地下管线管理中的应用,分析了地下管线管理系统建立的必要性和可行性。详细讨论了地下管线管理系统开发的关键技术:组件开发技术、空间数据和属性数据一体化管理技术和三维管线显示技术。然后结合佛山市综合地下管线管理系统的建设实例,阐述了地下管线管理系统设计、数据库设计、管线数据模型和数据组织、系统开发方案选择、系统图形符号化方案整个完整的系统建设过程,对于其他城市的地下管线管理系统建设有一定参考意义。

【Abstract】 Underground pipeline is a kind of important basic establishment of a city.It’s safty running is the guarantee of modern city’s efficiency and high quality running.The current urban underground pipeline data is the basic data of city planning, construction and management. Only after we have acquainted the underground pipeline data completely as quickly as more, we can exploitation the underground space. Such as offer entire basic data for the underground engineering’s planning , design, construction and running management. Digital underground pipeline information plays great role in instituting feasible, technology advance and economic rational scheme of city planning ,designing and management. So digital management of city underground pipeline is a indispensable part of modern city management. But for some reason, there are some questions in underground pipeline’s management. For example, because of the lack or warp of current underground pipeline data and the low efficiency of traditional management method, the pipeline has often been destroyed in underground engineering and then leads to cut off water supply, power cut, communication broken. And sometimes road or pipeline engineering can not be carried out according to design and so the change of design plan always happens.Firstly this paper discussed some basic concepts of GIS and it’s use in the management of underground pipeline. It also analyze thenecessarity and feasibility of building underground pipeline management system. It discussed the key technology of underground pipeline management system’s development: COM technology , integrative management technology of spatial data and attribute data and 3D pipeline display technology. Then, combined with the case of building FoShan underground pipeline management system, the paper expatiated on the whole system building process: system design, database design, pipeline data model and data organizing, system exploitation plan choosing and system graphic symbolization plan. It may be a reference to building other city’s underground pipeline management system.
